Brandon's call snapped Lynn out of her gossip-fueled trance. She looked up, only to find Sophia and Theresa were nowhere to be seen, and she immediately freaked out: "I... they..."
Brandon's heart sank, his voice taking on a stern edge: "Weren't you supposed to stick with them?"
"I... I was with them, they were just here a second ago, I don't know..."
Lynn started to lose her composure.
"Where are you now?"
Brandon cut her off with his cool composure.
Lynn: "At... at the entrance to the cafeteria..."
Brandon hung up abruptly and pressed the button for the basement level one elevator.
After Brandon hung up the phone, Lynn quickly opened WhatsApp to call Sophia, only then seeing the message Sophia had left her in the cafeteria. She quickly backed out and dialed Brandon to update him on the situation.
Before the call could even connect, the elevator doors opened.
Brandon strode out of the elevator, his face set in a stern mask.
"Mr. Crawley, Ms. Yearwood says they're in the cafeteria."
Lynn hurried over and showed Brandon the message from Sophia.
Brandon glanced at it, visibly relaxing a bit in his chiseled features.
Without a word, he took long strides towards the cafeteria.

In the cafeteria
Faced with Daniel's slowly emerging suspicion, "You're not Sophia, are you?" Sophia frowned but didn't answer him directly. Instead, she politely asked: "Hello, may I ask who you are?"
After speaking, she apologetically explained, "Sorry, I seem to have forgotten some things."
"Forgotten again?"
The puzzlement in Daniel's eyes deepened. He gave Sophia a once-over, half-doubting her story, somewhat suspicious that the Sophia before him might be an imposter.
