Ch 13. Jane

I was sitting in my room when someone knocked on my door

Opening I saw Jane smiling at me with a tray of food in her hands

"Hi Alena,I heard you haven't had your dinner so I bought it here"

"That's so sweet of you Jane but I'll pass"

"No I am not allowing you to sleep empty stomach ,if you consider me your friend you'll not say no!"

She moved passed me and placed the plate on the side table

I guess I had no choice

I sat on the bed and started eating

She stared at me while I was eating

Lost in thoughts

"Alena you know you can share with me if anything is troubling you,I'll try my best to relieve your worries"

"I don't worry Jane,you are saying something that is not my nature!I was just a bit tired so I decided to skip meal"

"Aleka will you quit it,I am sick of this fascade of yours,stop hiding your feelings and just let it out!!"

"Jane what fascade,I am not hidi....

Wait, why did you call me??"

I heard wrong or did she call me Aleka,did she know my Identity all along?

"I know you are Aleka ,your eyes give it away,I can identify these pain filled dark hollow anywhere,all these years I saw pain and betrayal in them.but what I see in them now is worse.....they are lifeless"

I looked down trying to hide my emotions,I didn't deny my identity
