Chapter 9

When my parents found out, they were mortified.

They immediately scheduled an abortion.

But no one could have anticipated what happened next.

Just as I was being wheeled into the operating room, dozens of luxury cars suddenly pulled up to the hospital.

Leading them was a Hummer with diplomatic plates.

Countless black–suited bodyguards jumped out, surrounding the small building where I was.

With a murderous expression, Evan kicked open the operating room door, gun in hand.
