With a frown, Lea approached Sophia, looking up at her tall sister. She stretched out her hand, saying, “Well, then you should return my drawing now.”

Sophia didn’t see anything wrong with the drawing and didn’t want to argue with Lea in front of their father. After all, she had just promised him that she would get along well with Lea. 

So she gave the drawing back to Lea without hesitation. 

Lea grabbed the drawing and rolled her eyes at Sophia without any courtesy. Then, she handed the drawing over to a frantic and annoyed Tristan’ in front of everyone. “Here. Your aunt gave you this drawing, so take care of it.” 

Adrian took back the drawing. His face lightened up a bit as he pouted. “Thank you, Auntie.” 

“You’re welcome.” Lea nodded and turned to her father. “Dad, you see, Tristan is quite sensible and polite. It’s just a pity that some people don’t know how to teach.” 

Thaddeus looked a bit embarrassed. 

Sophia naturally heard the sarcasm in Lea’s tone, and she gritted her teeth. “You…” 

Lea completely ignored Sophia, taking hold of Tristan’s small hand. “Let’s go, Tristan. I’ll take you to your dad.” 

Tristan obediently nodded. “Okay.” 

Then he followed Lea out, leaving Sophia alone with Thaddeus, her face looking rather ugly. 

Not far from the suite, Lea looked back to confirm that Sophia hadn’t followed her. Then she whispered to Tristan, “I know you’re not Tristan.”. 

Adrian’s expression was frozen. He looked at Lea with surprise and guilt. 

His reaction further confirmed Lea’s suspicions. 

“I can tell that you hate Sophia as much as I do, don’t you?” 

Adrian had liked his aunt, Lea, from the start. He felt like she wasn’t a bad person, so he didn’t want to pretend anymore. He nodded honestly. 

Lea laughed. “I knew it!” 

Adrian was puzzled. “How did you know?” 

“At the beginning, you were happy when I gave you the drawing, saying you’d give it to your mommy. I thought you were talking about Sophia. But when you were so reluctant to let Sophia touch the drawing, I knew. The mommy you were talking about wasn’t Sophia at all.” 

Adrian pouted. “Auntie… Well, you’re not really my aunt, but can I ask you not to tell anyone about this.” 

Lea glanced at him. “Don’t worry, I won’t tell. If I wanted to, I would have said it already.”
