Chapter 358 That Man Has Been Found 

“Why can’t I be here? You, on the other hand-aren’t you supposed to be insane? You’ve disappeared for years. What are you doing here all of a sudden?” Stephanie looked at the woman standing before her, thinking she must be seeing things. Isn’t this Rosie? I heard she was sent to a mental institution years ago. When did she get out? 

“Can’t I recover? I’m here to find Eli, of course. What are you doing here?” Rosie already had a problem with any woman being close to Elias in the first place, and now, Stephanie had popped up out of nowhere. 

“That’s for me to know and you to find out,” said Stephanie disdainfully. “You don’t still have expectations for Elias, do you, Momsey? He didn’t even like the sane you. Do you really think he’ll be interested in the crazy you?” 

Stephanie felt superior to Rosic. Either way, she was much stronger than an extreme lunatic, right? 

“What did you say? I dare you to say that again!” 

“Who cares if I talk bad about you? Oh, have I hit a nerve? Am I not stating the truth?” 

Meanwhile, Elias felt his headache worsening as he watched the two women quarreling. He despised women making a terrible scene. 

As such, he decided to leave the room, leaving the woman to fight it out in there. 

It wasn’t until long after the door closed that Stephanie and Rosie realized Elias had left his 

office. 

“Eli?” Rosie glanced at the shut office door, then glared daggers at Stephanie. Since Elias had left, she felt even less restrained and started acting recklessly. 

At that, she went up to Stephanie and grabbed her by the collar. “I’m warning you-don’t think about going after Eli. You’re not worthy.” 

“Huh, what a joke. Do you think you’re worthy if I’m not? Besides, what are you still doing here, trying to get his attention? He’s already been married and even has children. Do you really think you still have a chance?” Stephanie looked down on Amanda, but she despised the madwoman in front of her even more. 

“He’s divorced, though. Do you know what that means? It means he’s currently single. Why won’t I have a chance?!” Rosie wouldn’t give up on any chances. 

“Oh, you poor thing. You probably don’t know how devoted Elias is to Amanda Bailey,” said Stephanie as she grabbed her bag, ready to leave. She didn’t want to entangle herself with the

madwoman any further. 

However, Rosie grabbed her wrist and said, “No matter how devoted he is to Amanda, and no matter what connection she has with your family, I won’t let them rekindle their old relationship!” 

At that, Stephanie sneered and pushed Rosie’s hand away. “That’s great. I don’t want them to rekindle their relationship either. Good luck, then.” 

With that, she left Elias’ office, leaving Rosie standing there alone. She took a deep breath as if she could still sense Elias’ presence in the air, giving her the illusion that he was still around. 

That evening, Elias took a break in his seat after a lengthy five-hour meeting, planning to go straight home and get some rest. He was truly feeling tired. 

Just then, his phone vibrated, and he checked the caller ID to find it was Amanda. 

It was already past 8.00PM, and something important must’ve happened if she called him at 

this hour. 

With that, he answered the call. “What’s up?” 

Two seconds of silence filled the call before Amanda said, “Come over to my parents’ place. will you? That guy has been found. He came to us voluntarily.” 

“Who is it?” 

“You’ll know when you arrive.” 

According to her tone, it was someone no one expected, and Elias couldn’t help frowning. “Alright, I’ll be there right away.” 

With that, he got up and left the meeting room. Yacob, who had nearly dozed off from all the waiting outside the meeting room, immediately stood up when he saw Elias coming out. “Where are we going now, sir? To bed?” 

Yacob had spent several nights awake looking for Stephanie’s mystery man, but so far, he found nothing. 

I’m going to the Allegra’s.” 

“What?” Yacob looked utterly defeated. He was almost driven to madness, and if this kept up. he believed he would collapse very soon.

However, Elias continued, “There’s no need to follow me. Go back and get some rest. I’ll call you if anything happens.” 

Yacob’s eyes lit up at once. “Thank you for understanding your subordinate, Mr. Winters! Good night!” 

With that, he strode toward the elevator, seemingly afraid that his boss would change his mind the next second. 

A chuckle escaped Elias as he watched the bodyguard’s resolute figure before he turned to the other elevator. 

Still, who could the mystery man be? It seemed that it was someone beyond everyone’s expectations, according to Amanda’s tone. 

Meanwhile, everyone had gathered in the Allegra Villa’s living room. It was a heavy, silent. atmosphere, for no one dared to speak. 

Only one middle-aged man, looking remorseful, kneeled on the floor, bowing his head as if he had committed a grave mistake. 

Jack and Edith were sitting on the couch, looking visibly shocked as they had a hard time. grasping the situation. 

Meanwhile, Stephanie stood there rigidly as if she had lost her soul. Crispin held her body, wiping away her tears that flowed continuously. 

Amanda, on the other hand, observed the middle-aged man’s expression, scrutinizing his every subtle movement, trying to decipher something from it. However, the man’s face seemed as lifeless as ashes, and she couldn’t discern anything. He appeared completely defeated.
