356: BRAVE
LUKK’S POV
The man came at me again, but this time I was ready. I blocked his punch and landed a few more of my own. We were now in the middle of the club, attracting a small crowd. But I didn’t care; I only thought about protecting that young lady.
We continued to exchange blows, but finally, I managed to knock the man down with a powerful punch.
I stood there, catching my breath, and then the lady approached me, tears streaming down her face.
“Thank you so much. I didn’t know what to do.”
I gave her a reassuring smile and said, “It’s okay, you’re safe now.
The crowd around us erupted into cheers and applause. Daniel came up to me with a proud look on his face and said, “I can’t believe you took down that guy. You’re like a superhero,
man.
I laughed. “What can I say, man? I can’t stand by and watch that lady suffer. She’s too pretty for that. And by the way, that man’s an idiot.”
The lady wiped her tears and offered her hand to me. “I’m Sarah, by the way.“Thank you for helping me.”
I took her hand and replied, “I’m glad I could assist, Sarah. Are you alright? “Do you need any medical attention?”
Sarah shook her head, still a bit shaken but able to manage a faint smile. “I think I’ll be okay. Thank you again.”
Just then, the bouncer arrived, assessing the situation. “Is everything under control here?”
Daniel stepped forward, nodding. “Yeah, everything’s fine now. This guy,” he gestured towards the now–subdued troublemaker, “won’t be causing any more problems.”
The bouncer nodded approving and signaled for security to escort the man out. As the commotion settled, Daniel turned to me with a grin. “You really saved the day, mate. That
wedible.”
I shrugged. “Just doing what anyone would do in that situation.”
Sarah stepped closer, looking grateful. “Thank you again. I don’t know what would have
hargement if you hadn’t dipped in
I waved off her gratitude, offering a trawring erite “No need to thank me just take care of yourself, strigħa?”
with that, Teaniel and I changed mods, and I watched as Sarah made her way out of the chub, hopefully feeling a bit sale in The crowd dispersert, and as for me, I had this feeling
f satisfaction for saving that lady from the filthy hunes of that ridiculous man

Daniel and I made run way to an empty table. The moment we sat down, he clapped me on the back, a wide grin still plastered on his face.
“Man, that was intense! I’ve never seen anyone handle themselves like that before.”
chuckled, feeling a mix of exhaustion and accomplishment. “Thanks, man. It was a spur–of the moment thing, but I couldn’t just stand by and watch.”
Daniel nodded, his expression turning more serious. “Yeah, I get that. You did the right thing, Luke. Sarah’s lucky you were here.”
I ran a hand through my hair, still processing everything that had just happened. “Yeah, I’m just glad she’s okay. That guy was out of control.”
We continued to talk, the music in the club thumped on, and the atmosphere slowly
returned to normal.
Daniel clapped me on the shoulder again, breaking me out of my thoughts. “Well, cheers to you, mate. You’re a hero tonight.”
I grinned, raising my glass in acknowledgment. “Cheers, Dan. But let’s hope the rest of the night is a bit less eventful.”
We clinked our glasses together, settling in to enjoy the rest of the evening. A captivating rhythm filled the club, drawing our attention to the stage, where a stunning woman began to dance. Her movements were mesmerizing, commanding the attention of everyone in the
room.
Daniel nudged me with his eyes fixed on the woman. “Luke, would you look at that? She’s absolutely gorgeous.
”
I followed his gaze, nodding in agreement. “Yeah, she’s a great dancer too.”

Lin closer, his voice filled with admiration. “I can’t take my eyes off her. She’s like an angel on that stage.“..
I chuckled, knowing Daniel’s penchant for beautiful women. “You’re not wrong, mate. But remember, we’re just here to enjoy the night, not to get into any more trouble.”

He grinned, momentarily tearing his gaze away from the woman, “Oh, come on, Luke. Can you blame me for appreciating beauty when I see it?”
I shook my head, a smile playing on my lips. “No, I can’t blame you. Just don’t let it distract you too much.”
Daniel’s gaze remained fixed on the woman dancing on stage. His eyes gleamed with goddamn confidence, and I knew what was coming before he even said it.
“Luke,” he whispered. “I think I’m going to go talk to her.”
I shot him a cautious glance, my voice low but urgent. “Are you sure that’s a good idea, Dan? We just had a whole ordeal back there. Let’s not stir up any more trouble.”
He waved off my concerns, his grin widening. “Come on. What’s the worst that could happen? I’ll just go introduce myself and maybe buy her a drink. It’ll be fine.”
I sighed. “Alright, but be careful, okay? “We don’t know anything about her, and things can escalate quickly in places like this.”
He nodded. “Don’t worry, Luke. I’ve got this.”
I watched him as he walked to the lady. She had just finished dancing, and now they had
started their conversation.
