“You are extremely daring. Even if your father were alive, he would not dare to speak like this in my presence!”
Finally, Jonathan spoke his mind.
He had lifted the glass of wine and his gaze was cold. His countenance was obviously unpleasant.
Sabrina saw that but she was undaunted.
“You are wrong. If my Dad were alive, he would have said the same words. At that time, he risked his life, knowing he could be killed anytime to save my brother and his mother. So, doesn’t he have the right to say those words to you?”
She was all smiles as she raised her glass and clinked it with Jonathan’s.
Jonathan was too shocked to reply.
Devin was shocked speechless.
They had seen lots of fearless women. For example, two of the Jadeson women, Candice and Tiffany were daring and unafraid of disputes and controversies.
However, at this moment, as they encountered Sabrina’s spunk, they realized that none of them could match up to her dominant temperament!
The Jadesons’ family members were courageous because they were under the umbrella of the Jadesons.
The woman in front of them was arrogant because of who she was.
Jonathan finally lowered his eyes, laughed and without saying anything more, drank the wine from his glass.
Seeing his reaction, Sabrina drank hers too heartily.
Devin watched the scene in amazed wonderment.
He had really underestimated this woman in the past.
After finishing the two bottles of wine, everything was settled and Jonathan forgave Sabrina. It was because of these two bottles of wine and her wine cellar that she successfully stayed on at Oceanic Estate.
“Let her live in the bedroom where that doctor used to stay.”
“Yes, Grandpa .”
Immediately, Devin went over to help the drunk woman to her room.
Suddenly, Sabrina shook her finger in Devin’s face. “No, I want to live in my little brother, Sebastian’s place. I want.. to stay with him!”
Devin was taken by surprise.
Instantly, Jonathan’s countenance changed. He was rather afraid of letting her live there.
Immediately, he supported her and led her away.
“Devin, is Ms. Hayes drunk? Would you like me to take her?”
Right at the door of the lift, Kira suddenly appeared. Seeing her cousin, Devin helping the tipsy Sabrina, she rushed over to hold her in place of him.
As a man, how can he just hold a woman this way?
Kira’s hands were stretched out towards her…
“Hold it!” The totally drunk and red-faced Sabrina suddenly opened her eyes.
“What are you trying to do? I… I don’t want you to touch me. I don’t want your support. I want him to support me.”
