The Man in Power After Being Married into Her Family novel Chapter 3870

Chandler had been waiting for Charlie to contact him after checking into the executive building.

He knew that he did not have the financial strength to compete with those top tycoons when he came to Aurous Hill this time, so the only purpose of his visit to Aurous Hill was to meet Charlie.

Therefore, when Isaac contacted him, he said without thinking, "Please tell Young Master Wade that I'm waiting and ready to meet him at any time."

When Charlie heard this, he did not delay any longer, and he asked Isaac to take him directly to the executive building where Chandler's room was at.

As soon as they met, Charlie said

respectfully, “Old Master Lennard, we meet again."

Chandler hurriedly clasped one of his hands over the other as he bowed and said respectfully, "Young Master Wade, I should be the one saluting you!"

Charlie hurriedly reached out his hands to support Chandler as he muttered under his breath, "Old Master Lennard, you're being too courteous. How can I accept your salute?!"

Chandler had a stern expression on his face as he said, "Young Master Wade, your fate is above mine, and you have been so kind to me. So, it's only natural for me to salute you."

After saying that, Chandler hurriedly said t o Charlie, “Young Master Wade, please come in and talk!"

Charlie nodded and then turned to Isaac as he said, "Mr. Cameron, I'll have a few words with Old Master Lennard. You can go back first."

Isaac said respectfully, "Okay, Young Master."

After saying that, he also said to Chandler,' Old Master Lennard, I'll take my leave first.'

Most people who liked to burn incense would buy processed incense or incense sticks directly, but there were still some

sophisticated people who were particular and liked to press seal incense by themselves.

Most of the materials used for seal incense were made out of leftovers from agarwood o r old sandalwood, which was considered waste and not too costly.

However, what Chandler used was a large piece of agarwood, which was rather surprising to Charlie.

This was because the price of such a large piece of agarwood was still very expensive i n the market. If the price was calculated by its weight in grams, it would be much more expensive than gold.

If such a piece of agarwood was carved into the Buddhist image of Buddha, Bodhisattva, or Tara, it could sell for at least several hundred thousand dollars.
