Chapter 1135 Do Not Hold Back
“Do you want to keep this up?” Kai turned toward Skylar with a mocking smile.
Skylar, however, did not reply with a single word. Instead, his eyes widened in a second, and after letting out a battle cry, his fist was already a few inches away from landing on Kai’s face.
“Sacred Light Fist!” Kai raised his hand and threw a punch forward.
As the two fists met, a terrifying shockwave was formed, with the two as the center of the starting point before radiating toward the surrounding.
As for the newly constructed buildings, they toppled upon the intense shockwaves, sending the people around the buildings running for their lives.
Skylar flinched for a moment before recovering his balance while Kai stomped his right leg onto the ground to nullify the recoil, causing the ground to shatter.
“Don’t even think of holding back now. If you don’t come at me with all you got, you are not fit to fight with me,” Kai said coldly as he stared dead into Skylar’s eyes.
Skylar, too, was staring at Kai. His expression was tense as he failed to comprehend what was with Kai’s Sacred Light Fist just now.
He felt that his aura was completely disrupted upon taking that simple punch straight on. In just a simple exchange, Skylar immediately felt pressure resting on his shoulders.
At this instant, Skylar was doing his best to recover his composure.
It did not take long until Skylar’s aura erupted once more. This time, he did not pull his punches, and his aura as a Top Level Martial Arts Grandmaster burst forth.
This aura was far more intimidating than his previous one, for the bystanders standing a few hundred meters away found themselves badly injured by this horrifying aura. Some of them were left vomiting blood, and some of them lost their lives.
With a frown, Kai quickly made a few hand seals and cast a shield that instantly kept the horrendous aura at bay.
Never had he thought that as a descendant from a prestigious family, Skylar would be handling lives so recklessly.
Back in Jadeborough, there was a strict rule that prohibited martial artists from killing civilians, and everyone abided by this rule obediently.
Though there was also a similar rule in the poor and barren Xenhall, Skylar still acted uncontrollably. After all, this place was too vast to have strict supervision maintained.
“How dare you! You’re a descendant of a prestigious family, and you treated the lives of others like a toy! You must be eradicated!” Kai looked at Skylar like the latter was a dead man walking while his murderous intent peaked.
“Hmph! What’s wrong with killing a few ordinary folks if it means I could kill you? They are all nothing but insects! I could easily shut their families up with some money. The Norton family is rich, remember?” Skylar sneered.
“Then does that mean I could just compensate the Norton family with money if I killed you? I’m rich, just like your family!”
Following Skylar’s disappearance, Kai felt a murderous aura coming from above his head.
He looked up into the sky, only to find Skylar floating in midair before charging down toward him as if Skylar had turned himself into a lethal blade.
With the force of momentum, Skylar raised his speed to the max and even broke through the sound barrier. His speed was so fast that he even formed a vacuum around him!
In a blink of an eye, a pillar made of golden light took form, and it headed straight toward Skylar.
Bam!
With a loud explosion, the sky and earth trembled before the power, and the glaring light overshadowed even the sunlight itself.
