The Man's Decree novel Chapter 1282

Chapter 1282 I Might Kill You

“Don’t worry. You’ll be the one who dies,” Jared uttered firmly. David was infuriated, but he could not utter a word in response. Instead, he turned toward Mr. Sanders, hoping the latter would back him up.

“Jared, what if I don’t allow you to challenge the Norton family?” Mr. Sanders asked Jared.

At that, Jared was filled with a murderous aura. “In that case, I won’t challenge them. However, I’ll still kill everyone in the Norton family. Even if that means I’ll get punished by the officials, I don’t care.”

As soon as those words fell, everyone at the scene was stunned. He’s publicly challenging Mr. Sanders’ authority! Who else would dare to challenge the officials? Is he sick of living?

“Are you not worried that I might kill you?” Mr. Sanders asked in a cold tone.

Jared shook his head. “Before you kill me, I’ll send all the Nortons to hell first.”

Everyone then turned toward Mr. Sanders to see how he would respond to Jared’s words.

Even so, they were in awe that the latter would have the courage to utter such words.

After keeping mum for a while, Mr. Sanders suddenly turned toward David and said, “See? I told you he’s a stubborn one. He would never listen to me. There’s nothing I can do.”

With that, Mr. Sanders turned around and left. Although it seemed he had taken merely two steps, he disappeared from the scene in an instant.

When Mr. Sanders was nowhere in sight, David’s face fell. He did not expect Jared to have to balls to undermine Mr. Sanders in public. Mr. Sanders is the face of the officials! By doing what he did just now, wouldn’t that be undermining the officials as a whole?

One thing for sure was that after witnessing what had happened, everyone knew what Jared meant to Mr. Sanders. Had it been someone else, he would kill them on the spot!

“Jared, are you sure you want to drag me to hell with you?” After Mr. Sanders left, David had no choice but to speak to Jared directly.
