In the mountains of Bera within Ethereal Realm, three young women sat in a cave, roasting a wild rabbit over the fire. The delightful aroma filled the air within the cavern.
Three large tigers lay beside the girls, serving as their loyal mounts.
These girls were none other than Josephine, Feenix, and Aislin, who had been drawn into Ethereal Realm along with Jared through the mysterious black hole.
However, upon their arrival, they did not land in the same area as Jared and ended up being separated from him by thousands of kilometers.
“Feenix, we're lucky to have you here. In this Ethereal Realm, we've got food, drinks, and even these magnificent mounts,” Josephine said gratefully to Feenix.
Over this period of time, the three girls had grown very close as they joined forces to search for Jared.
Josephine and Aislin were unfamiliar with Ethereal Realm. However, Feenix was a native of Ethereal Realm. As a celestial beast, her knowledge and prowess enabled them to lead a comfortable life in this place. Feenix had even tamed three tigers and turned them into loyal mounts.
“When those demon beasts see you, Feenix, they flee as if their lives depend on it. It's quite amusing,” Aislin commented, patting the tiger beside her.
“Well, Feenix is a celestial beast. It's only natural for ordinary demon beasts to fear her,” Josephine explained.
“If I hadn't been sent to the mundane world, which caused my strength to become significantly reduced, even the elites in Imperial Beast City would have to show utmost respect to me,” Feenix stated, brimming with pride.
“The rabbit is ready. It smells divine! Let's eat,” Aislin proposed, taking the roasted rabbit and sharing it with the others.
As Josephine held her portion, a hint of sadness clouded her expression. “I wonder how Jared is doing. I hope he doesn't go hungry!”
“Don't worry, Josephine. Maybe he's living the life of luxury now and is surrounded by beautiful women,” Feenix comforted.
“I hope that's true. Honestly, I don't care how many women surround him. As long as I hold a place in his heart, that's all I need,” Josephine said nonchalantly.
