The Man's Decree novel Chapter 3025

Chapter 3025 You Cannot Kill Me

“I'm going to kill you!” the old demon thundered.

This time, it was the old demon's turn to attack. With a swift motion, he grabbed at thin air and managed to grip Jared's neck.

The sight of Jared in his captivity brought a smug smile to his face.

“It's time I put an end to your arrogance, kid.”

With a vicious expression, he clenched his fist, and cracking sounds were soon heard coming from Jared's neck.

“My brother, I don't want to talk to the kid. Come out and face me. Both of us should say a final goodbye. All I need is to gently tighten my squeeze, and both of you will disappear from this world,” the old demon called out to the elder.

He couldn't understand why his own brother was willing to hand over control to a mere Fourth Level Body Fusion Realm cultivator.

Right then, Jared's eyes twitched as a different kind of aura gushed out of him. He then began to speak with the elder's voice. “You b*stard, I have nothing to say to you.”

“My brother, why don't you admit your mistake already? Even if both of us are reduced to nothing but soul remnants, you're still no match for me. I'm sure you understand by now that only demonic techniques can save the Archaic Body cultivators, don't you? If we don't give up the techniques of Archaic Body Cultivation, we will be left behind in Ethereal Realm sooner or later, and the Archaic Body cultivators will cease to exist. Even if you're angry right now, you still can't kill me. Instead, you'll die at my hands.”

While gloating, the old demon continued to squeeze Jared's neck until the latter's face was swollen red. It was undeniable that Jared was in pain and couldn't struggle free.

“My brother, you should beg for your life now, and perhaps I'll spare you. Even if I do, you're no more than a soul remnant that won't live more than a hundred years.”

The old demon seemed to relish in schadenfreude as he demanded that the elder beg for his life.

Unfortunately, the elder didn't respond.

“In your dreams, you old fogey. Do you really think you can kill me this way?”

Jared flashed a mischievous look at the old demon.

“What did you say?” The old demon was stunned by the look on Jared's face. “How can you still survive at this stage? Do you think those insects can save you?”

The old demon turned his head toward the group of watching cultivators, thinking that they were the source of his confidence.

“I don't need anyone to save me.”

Jared flashed a faint smile.

During the exchange between the old demon and Jared, Sunny and the others sprang to action.

When they saw that Jared was grabbed by the throat and couldn't escape, they planned to fight and rescue him.

By drawing the old demon's attention away, they hoped that they could give Jared a chance to escape.

“Attack!” Cameron roared before leading the charge with his sword.

With the others following him from behind, none of them were hoping to kill the old demon. All they were trying to do was create a window for Jared to escape.

Soon, a few figures flew out of the black mist, firing piercing lights at the old demon from their swords.

“I see that you have a death wish.”

With an icy look in his eyes, the old demon grabbed at thin air, contorting the space around the lights and shattering them into pieces.

Spurt!

Nonetheless, the old demon didn't expect one of the transparent lights to fly past him. Despite his attempt to dodge it, it still cut his arm, causing a wound to open up and blood to ooze out from it.

“Spirit Divider? How dare you!”

The old demon's face darkened, for he didn't expect his enemies to know Spirit Divider. It was, after all, a dangerous technique. If one's primordial spirit couldn't return to one's body in time, one would be done for.
