Two hours later, Ramon was surprised by what he discovered. Nearly all of the members of the Cloudlet Team he sent earlier were annihilated, and only one member was left standing—Rocky. Yet, the Wolf Team had three members left.
"How on earth did Wolf Team's strength reach this level? Unbelievable!" an agitated Ramon exclaimed, unable to take in everything all at once.
"Ha-ha! Thank you for kindly letting me win, Captain Ramon!" Xavier was quite pleased with the recent turn of events, especially as his purpose was to intentionally embarrass the Cloudlet Team to prove that the Wolf Team was the strongest guard team in the Sword Spirit City.
"Just surrender once you step onto the field," Ramon advised Rocky bitterly. Despite Rocky's impressive strength, he was doubtful that they could turn the tide to their favor. So he decided to raise the white flag.
"That'll be for me to decide," Rocky replied with a grin as he made his way to the field.
He was facing an opponent at the fourth grade of the Spirit Realm. This was already quite an impressive level among the disciples of the Sword Spirit City.
"I think it's time you get on your knees and beg for mercy, brat! Otherwise, you'll have no one to turn to for help later," the member of the Wolf Team threatened arrogantly.
"Alright. Come over here and I'll beg you for mercy!" Rocky called out and waved his hand, a sly smile on his face.
The member cooperated and soon he darted forward to Rocky's side.
"Good boy! What an obedient mongrel you are!" Rocky mocked him with that mischievous grin that never left his face.
The members of the Cloudlet Team immediately burst into delightful laughter.
"Cut the crap! Beat him to death!" an impatient Xavier ordered with twitched eyes.
"Your captain's furious. We better get this show started!" Rocky urged.
"You're no match for my strength. I'll destroy you with a single finger!" the member of the Wolf Team shouted back.
By then, Rocky's eyes widened. The spiritual sword behind him was instantly unsheathed and then disappeared without a trace.
"Is that…the invisible sword?"
"No way! Only warriors who are at the Spirit Realm's fourth grade and with a middle-grade sword skill can learn how to wield it, right?"
"He's still a basic disciple. He hasn't even dipped his toes into the first grade yet."
To everyone's astonishment, the member of the Wolf Team that stood in front of Rocky was suddenly knocked out by Rocky's spiritual sword out of nowhere. He flew through the air and was bashed against the stone wall as his limp body sunk to the ground.
Everyone watching was dumbfounded. They never expected Rocky could defeat someone who had just beat several powerful disciples of the Cloudlet Team.
"That was amazing, Basil!"
"You're our hero!"
"We love you!"
Several members of the Cloudlet Team loudly cheered, excited by the example Rocky had just made out of their enemy.
On the other side of the field, the eyes of both Xavier and the other members of the Wolf Team widened in surprise. They then glared fiercely at Rocky.
