The Mind-Reading Mate Why Is the Lycan King So Obsessed With Me novel Chapter 52

Chapter 52: Not a Princess Tea Party (I)

Solene carefully placed five invitation samples on the table, giving Primrose a moment to decide which design she wanted for her first tea party.

"Madam Violet, the designer, is well-known for creating invitations for noble gatherings. Even my family uses her services," Solene explained patiently. "I’m not very knowledgeable about design, so I asked her to send a few samples that would suit you."

Primrose lowered her gaze, staring at the stack of invitations in front of her.

Suit her personality?

She picked up the first sample, hoping for something elegant and simple, but she was greeted by pastel pink florals instead.

The details were painted in soft, colorful watercolor, with tiny sparkles scattered like fairy dust across the paper.

She blinked a few times. Alright ... this was ridiculously cute.

Moving on to the second sample, she expected something a little less sugary sweet, but she was so wrong.

The pink was even brighter, practically glowing, and delicate little bows trimmed the edges, making it look like something straight out of a storybook fairytale.

Her brows furrowed slightly as she picked up the third.

Bunnies.

She picked up the fourth.

Bunnies drinking tea.

The fifth?

Bunnies, bows, lace, and tiny hearts.

What the hell?!

Every single one of these designs was way too cute for her!

Before she could say anything, Solene suddenly clapped her hands together, excitement sparkling in her eyes.

"Actually, I took the liberty of having Madam Violet create one more design just for you!" she announced, pulling out a final invitation from a separate envelope.

With a proud smile, she carefully placed it in front of Primrose. Primrose’s eye twitched the moment she saw it.

The invitation was—without a doubt—the cutest thing she had ever seen. The paper was pastel pink, decorated with tiny bunnies holding teacups.

At the center, the words "Queen Primrose’s Lovely Little Tea Party" were written in soft, curly gold lettering, complete with tiny heart accents.

It looked like something a sweet, innocent princess would send to her little noble friends.

A princess who baked cookies, drank tea with stuffed animals, and giggled behind her hands.

Primrose stared at it in absolute horror. Meanwhile, Solene looked extremely pleased with herself.

"Isn’t it perfect?" she beamed. "It suits you so well!"

[Her Majesty’s personality is really sweet and adorable, so of course, these kinds of designs suit her best.]

[But ... why does she look like she doesn’t like it?]

[Does she prefer doll-themed invitations instead of bunnies?]

Did Solene think she was a child?!

She was a grown woman—not a little girl planning a tea party with stuffed animals!

Maybe this was her fault.
