The Peremptory Casey Davies novel Chapter 182

When Jaxon and Flora drove back slowly, the Amara family had already visited Amara's father, Caelan Stevens, in Stevens' House.

Caelan was not too happy to see Amara returning. He had never paid much attention to this daughter, not to mention that Nicolas, whom Amara married, was still the least standing one in Patel family.

In addition, Amara also brought Casey back, which made Caelan feel unhappier. So after a short talk with them, he let them go.

Although there was still some rooms to live in Stevens' House, Caelan didn't want them to disturb him. So he arranged the Amara family in Sidney's house.

Sidney and Melissa just bought a two-story small bungalow, which just finished renovating. The two also hoped that the Amara family could live in their house so that they could show off their own house.

When Alexander returned to Yutian County, he naturally went back to his own home. But Melissa asked him to go back to tell his parents, letting them come over to have dinner together for celebrating the Amara family's return.

In Melissa's house, Melissa was proud to show Amara around her house.

"Our bungalow can be regarded as the top-notch in Yutian County. Jaxon spent a lot of effort and went to ask Leonardo for help, then we could buy such a good house. Otherwise, if your family come over, there is no rooms to live." Melissa said with a smile.

Amara thought that this bungalow was far worse than her villa. But now she was living in someone else's house, she couldn't say something to embarrass Melissa. So she just kept smiling and nodding.

When Melissa saw that Amara didn't refute her, she sneered. If Amara really lived in the villa, she would have already showed off to everyone. Now it seemed that she didn’t live in the villa.

It was just that the car that the Amara family drove today made Melissa a little jealous. The car looked obviously better than Jaxon's Audi. But she and Sidney didn't know much about cars. So they didn't know the price of the car.

After a while, Jaxon and Flora arrived at home. When they saw the Amara family sitting comfortably in their home, Flora immediately became angry.

Melissa looked at Flora and Jaxon and asked, "Flora, didn't you go to pick your aunt up? Why did they come back before you?"

Flora sat next to Melissa, sulking. She was staring at Casey and Edith, her eyes full of resentment.

"You have to ask Edith and Casey. Mom, you know what? Leonardo went to pick up his important guest at the bus station. He let his motorcycle fleet to clear the way for his guest. Jaxon said Leonardo was waiting for his important guest. But Casey took the opportunity to drive on the way Leonardo specially cleared for his guest. We couldn't even stop him." Flora said.

When Melissa and Sidney heard this, their eyes widened immediately. Melissa quickly turned to look at Casey and cursed, "You trash, are you really stupid or just pretend to be stupid? You dare to walk the road Leonardo cleared for his guest. If Leonardo wants to blame you, your family can't go back to J City."

Amara was shocked. She didn't expect the matter to be so serious. She glared at Casey.

"It’s all right now, isn’t it? Leonardo won't come to us." Casey said indifferently.

"You dare say such words? If it weren't for Jaxon today, do you think you can still sit here at ease? The reason why Leonardo didn't pursue it is because of Jaxon. But you actually said such shameless words." Flora immediately yelled at Casey.

Jaxon also looked at Casey contemptuously, and said, "Flora, don't be angry with this kind of person. It's not worth it. I will make it clear to Leonardo that we have nothing to do with this kind of wimp."

Casey was a little bit speechless at once. He didn't expect that the two of them would think it was because of Jaxon that Leonardo didn't come to them.

Melissa and Sidney also glared at Casey. Melissa said, "Amara, Casey is really shameless. Because of Jaxon, Leonardo forgave him. But he doesn't even thank Jaxon. What a shame!"

Amara immediately glared at Casey, and shouted, "Casey, hurry up to thank Jaxon. Are you dumb?"

Casey shook his head and said, "This matter has nothing to do with him. I don't have to thank him."

Melissa immediately stood up and pointed at Casey, scolding, "You such a jerk! How ungrateful you are! Who do you think you are? If you don't thank Jaxon today, just get out of here. You’re not welcome to live in our house!"

"I can go out." Casey stood up directly.

He felt that the Flora family was so annoying. If he went out to live, he wouldn’t have to listen to those people nagging. Besides, he had to meet Leonardo, so he took this opportunity to leave.

"Humph, I didn't expect you to be so stubborn. Get out of my house quickly. I want to see where you can live." Flora said, curling her lips.

Edith didn't expect that as soon as she arrived in Yutian County, her relationship with the Flora family would come to such a point. She stood up and said, "Casey, living outside must not as comfortable as at home. Or..."

Casey smiled and said, "It's okay. I can live in a hotel. I happen to have something to deal with."

Hearing what Casey said, Edith nodded and said, "Then I walk you out."

Casey did not refuse. The two went out of Flora's house.

Amara cursed Casey a few words silently. Then she turned her head to look at Flora, and said, "Flora, Casey is such a shameless wimp. Don't take it to your heart."

"Humph, he is shameless. Edith is not much better than him. Both of them are shameless." Flora muttered.

Amara's face turned gloomy in an instant. She thought, ‘Who do you think you are? How dare you judge my daughter? If it weren't for living in your house today, I would turn against your family long time ago.’

...

Downstairs, Edith and Casey were walking together.

"That Leonardo cleared the road was just for welcoming you, right?" Edith asked.

Casey turned to look at Edith, then he said with a smile, "My wife is really smart."

Edith immediately reached out to pinch Casey's arm. She said, "Enough."

"My relatives are just like this. Don't take it to your heart." Edith comforted Casey.

"Don't worry. I don't care about their words at all. I think it's more convenient to live outside. Would you like to join me?" Casey asked.

"I'd better live here first. No matter what, they are also my relatives. It is not good to make the relationship too stiff." Edith said.
