Rowan remembered that he had been suspicious about the number of setbacks gained by the Eye of Time due to the fact that the previous Eye of Time was not meant to survive, it was a ticking time bomb created by Primordial Time to attract the gaze of the greedy and when the Eye was destroyed it would allow Primordial Time to enter Reality, even if it was for a short period.
Yet since the dawn of the Primordial Era, no one had managed to kill this Eye, despite the fact that there were several Old Ones that were powerful enough to accomplish this feat, and the Eye of Time lived for so long it went insane and began heretical experiments, one of which led to the creation of a being like Rowan.
If not for his intervention, the Eye of Time would have never perished and Primordial Time would never be able to return to Reality, this was even though he must have been given this loophole by the rest of the Primordials.
Did Primordial Time not kill him at the moment he returned because he saw that Rowan's intervention had triggered this change, or was there something more that he was missing?
Nevertheless, this showed Rowan that Primordials were not to be trusted, their words could easily become falsehoods as their methods of manipulation went deep. If Primordial Time could fall for their tricks, then he would have to watch out for himself and analyze every single setback and opportunity he had gained along the way.

The destruction of the Frozen Road and the banishment of the World Stele was a clarion call to the Primordials that the period of slumber was over and the Singularity that was given the grace to perform its duty had finally completed its mission and they could begin reaping the profit.
Although it might appear that the resurrection of the Primordials was due to the interference of Rowan on Doom Star, that was not truly the case, he had only accelerated the timeline for their awakening.
The World Stele had been gathering souls for many Minor Eras and was slowly rebuilding the broken eternal realm for Thenos awakening, and it would have needed to continue for many Minor Eras in the future before it could gather enough resources to push against the barriers of death imposed hu the Primordials, but it was inevitable that on the day that Thenos rose from the dead, the heads of his mothers would stop crying, the Frozen Road would shatter and the Primordials shall rise.
Rowan's actions that appeared to serve the purpose of the Primordials had ultimately been to his benefit when he realized that if he had allowed the World Stele to continue creating more World Bearers, this would mean the number of dimensions that would be claimed by the Primordials in the future would increase and this would mean their resurrection would become a hundred percent certainty.
Time had no meaning to the Primordials and they could wait for as long as necessary for their Domain to become fully complete, and stopping the World Stele was far more advantageous to him than he had realized at first.
Rowan turned to the side as the wooden door at the end of the room was opened and Circe entered, she was alone and her ever-present companion Archimedes was not on her shoulder, her eyes glanced at the table and the Arcane arms hovering over it and understanding came to her, she was silent for a while but there were subtle signs that she was making that made Rowan sigh,
Circe seemed surprised at his words, she did not know how Rowan was able to decipher her thoughts even when she felt that she had given no indication of what was on her mind, but she had learned to accept these surprises as they came, taking a deep breath, she addressed him, freeweɓnøvel.com
