Chapter 270
“Why are you a lot even alive, being so useless?” Myra sneered after slapping the fourth designer when she suddenly heard Molly’s voice from outside.
“Last night, I said I’d treat you to dinner, but it fell through, and you got hurt.” Molly felt terribly guilty as she trailed behind Arabella, “Today, I insist on treating you.”
“All you did was win first place. What’s so great about that?” Myra rolled her eyes at Molly, who just walked in, mocking her, “Treat her to dinner? Do you even have money? You look like you’re broke”
Before she could finish, Myra’s face was met with a resounding slap.
Before anyone could react, Arabella kicked her into a corner, picked her up like a ragdoll, and threw her onto a chair.
A dozen chairs tumbled over with a loud crash.
“Arabella, have you lost your mind?” Myra hadn’t expected this girl to dare hit her in the lounge, and before she could get up, Arabella gave her another beating.
Molly was shocked. What just happened? Did Arabella beat Myra up because she couldn’t stand her insults?
Arabella was so brave!
She was touched.
“That’s enough.” Myra’s face was swollen from the beating, “I’ll call the cops.”
“Good riddance!” The third and fourth designers took off their competition badges and throw them at Myra.
I’ve had enough of you!” The third designer suddenly kicked her.
The fourth designer stomped on Myra, “I quit!”
“You guys!” Myra was furious.
Hans left the judges‘ table, turned down a bunch of people trying to schmooze him, and asked a staffer, “Where’s Arabella?”
“She should be in the lounge.”
Hans headed towards the lounge.
A few staff members around them whispered.
“He really seems to like that assistant of the 16th designer.”
“He’s so concerned about her, asking where she is even after the competition.”
“Do you think that assistant might marry him?”
Arabella kicked Myra into a corner, “Did you have something to do with last night?”
Molly understood what was happening when she heard, “She hired people to beat us up last night? Did she want to stop us from competing? Let me at her.”
She rushed over, kicking and cursing at Myra, “You maniac, I’ll kill you!”
When Hans arrived backstage, he saw the spectacle. Molly, the usually innocent–looking 16th designer, was furiously beating a girl on the floor, while shouting.
