Chapter 442
The salespeople nearby were sneaking glances at her every now and then. She looked so young and beautiful. Hard to believe their boss was such a looker, and so talented to boot. Her charm was just a sight for sore eyes.
They were really lucky today to catch a glimpse of the boss.
The customers around were buzzing.
“Can’t believe that’s Queen Abby, she’s so damn pretty and unique. No wonder she can design such beautiful clothes.”
“I really wanna ask her for a photo, but I don’t wanna bother her.”
“She looks kinda aloof, but she’s polite when she talks to the manager. Now, that’s a dream boss. No hint of arrogance at all.”
“I’ve heard QY treats its employees well. After I graduate, I wanna work there too,”
“I heard that QY has a high entry threshold, even ordinary graduates find it difficult to get in. The previous designer, Molly, who won the first prize, graduated from a prestigious university.”
Arabella noticed a persistent gaze from the corner of her eye. She looked up to see a short–haired girl staring at her.
The short–haired girl wanted to say something but hesitated, her face turning red.
“What’s up?” Arabella asked gently.
The girl blushed even more, hesitated for a moment, then plucked up the courage to walk over. “Hi, Queen Abby, I really love designing. I’m a huge fan of yours. I, I didn’t come to ask for an autograph or a photo. Don’t worry.”
Arabella’s gaze softened, “Go on.”
“Just now, Ms. Murphy said you,” The girl hesitated again, then whispered, “She said you have a sugar daddy? You’re the founder of QY such a big brand, you don’t need men to support you. If you need a witness, I saw her defaming you in front of everyone.”
The girl hastily pulled out a receipt from her bag, the one from her shopping at QY just now. She wrote her number on it and handed it over.
“This is my contact. I’m ready to testify anytime.”
“Thank you.” Arabella smiled faintly, touched by her kindness, and took the paper.
“Well, if there’s nothing else, I’ll go.” The girl really wanted an autograph or a photo but worried about disturbing her, so she had to leave regretfully.
“No photo?” Arabella asked suddenly.
The girl was taken aback, realizing Arabella was talking to her. She was so excited she almost jumped up, but quickly covered her mouth, not wanting to draw attention, and nodded enthusiastically.
Her idol had just offered to take a photo with her?
