Chapter 534
“You two–faced snake, I’m going to expose you for who you really are!” Mrs. Panter didn’t hesitate and lunged forward, her freshly manicured nails harshly scratching across Yolanda Murphy’s face.
Yolanda screamed in pain, her hair being pulled by Mrs. Panter, and even her wedding dress got ripped off.
“Since you’ve thrown all dignity to the wind, why not just let everyone see the real you? After all, they’ve all seen your antics!”
“What are you doing? Let go of me!” Yolanda tried to protect her wedding dress with one hand and wildly hit Mrs. Panter with the other, accidentally hitting Mrs. Panter’s face.
“You dare to hit me, you wretch!”
Mrs. Panter quickly pinned Yolanda to the ground, sitting on her and hitting her repeatedly while tearing at her wedding dress.
Yolanda was screaming for help from Zachary, but Zachary just stood aside, coldly watching her.
The guests from the Murphy family tried to intervene but ended up arguing with the guests from the Panter family.
Some Panter family guests even helped Mrs. Panter by holding down Yolanda, spitting in her face, and helping to rip her clothes.
Unable to help her husband, Olga turned to save her daughter, but was blocked by relatives of the Panter family, who pointed their fingers and cursed at her, even throwing things at her.
As all hell was breaking loose, the screen suddenly switched to Grace Murphy’s hospital room.
Last night at eleven, during the shift change, the Murphy family of three sneaked into the old lady’s room, begging her for help.
The guests were all stunned by this scene, never expecting that the usually arrogant Attlee would secretly bring his wife and daughter to beg for help.
Hadn’t they just spent a fortune to buy the land? How did they become so desperate?
The people fighting on the stage also stopped, stunned by this revelation about the Murphy family.
Olga was even more shocked. When was their every move in the room recorded?
Was there a camera in the old lady’s room?!
The thought made her feel weak and almost unable to stand!
“Mom, when we asked for your help, you refused, and we didn’t want to upset you any further.”
Attlee knelt on the ground, sincerely saying, “Later, we heard about a piece of land that could make us a fortune if we bought it. So, Olga and I sold everything we had, including our house, shares, and cash! We also took out huge loans from many local banks, borrowed money from many people, and finally raised 1.2 billion dollars!”
