The Princess and the Pauper (Arabella) novel Chapter 667

Chapter 667

"No need, we all know each other." Myrna added, "Just your presence would be enough."

Everyone knew each other? No need for the school to get involved? Just his presence would do?

What’s going on?

Even though he was somewhat confused, Chasel quickly agreed.

As he was heading downstairs, Louisa glanced at him and said, "Chasel, perfect timing. You should pay a visit to the Gellar family in the next couple of days. Bring some gifts. We can't neglect our manners."

"Mom, we can talk about this later." Chasel rushed downstairs, ready to leave the living room.

Louisa looked surprised. "Weren't you supposed to take your sister out for dinner today? Where are you rushing off to? It isn’t work-related again, is it? You can't let your sister down!"

“Myrna is at Westerly College and I am going to check on her.”

"Oh." So, he was off to see his girlfriend and sister, no wonder he was in such a hurry.

"Could you soften your expression a little? Don't scare the two girls." Louisa held her heart, she initially thought something serious had happened. Seeing his cold expression, she sighed. How did she end up with such a serious son?

Just as Chasel entered his own garage, randomly choosing a car, his phone vibrated. It was an audio message from Myrna.

Out of curiosity, he opened it, his face gradually hardening.

[You just said Arabella used tricks to get into the Collins family? What's that about? You can't just say whatever.]

It was Myrna's voice.

It seemed like she was in an argument with someone.

[You’re friends with Arabella? How do you know I am talking nonsense? You want to defend Arabella, you've got the wrong person and place.]
