“Doctor… Doctor!” Cecilia, full of emotions, called for the doctor. The doctor quickly arrived and examined Zach in just a few minutes. After checking his wound, the doctor said, “His wound is healing well. If his fingers did move just now, it indicates a positive sign of neurological recovery for him. He might wake up even earlier than planned.” 

“That’s great.” Cecilia looked very happy. She waved her hand. “I got it, you may leave now.” 

This was good news. Cecilia took out an ointment and sat on the edge of the bed. She dabbed some ointment on her finger before 

opening Zach’s shirt to apply it to the healed wound. “Zach, I don’t 

know who gave you this bracelet, but it should be from Madelyn. You heard everything Kai said to you, right? 

“Now, you probably can’t wait to wake up and see her, huh? You really 

underestimate my way of dealing with things. This scar… I should 

have it left on you, so you’ll never forget how you got this scar.” 

The ointment Cecilia used on Zach was the best, with a market value 

of over a hundred thousand dollars. It not only could help remove the

the ointment on Zach’s wound.

up to?”

the phone. “I shouldn’t tell you, but, considering we’re partners, I can 

share my plan with you. The reason I sold the shares is because I’ve 

found someone more suitable to be the CEO of Jardin Corporation 

than Zach. 

“If Zach becomes my life partner, he won’t need to be a CEO. The money I earn for him will be enough for him to spend for a lifetime.” 

Cecilia had spent five hundred million dollars to build this Villa. 

However, this amount of money was insignificant to her. 

She continued saying, “Let me tell you, Kevin will soon receive the news of Zach waking up. When he comes back, you won’t have a chance to be with Blake. Think about it carefully. If you agree, Susan will give you the resignation agreement. Someone will replace you for 

your position in StartReading.”
