I was with him to see his results, but he asked me if I wanted to bet against him. The two of us would compete to see who needed less time."
Jimmy was only embarrassed by the things he said, but had to fess up. He did not want Case to find out from anyone else, so it was better for him to just explain everything.
Case said with an exasperated look, "What? That guy wanted to bet against you? Isn't he overestimating himself too much? Who does he think he is? The Killing Illusion Array isn't something that easy to pass. He even thought he was faster than you?! What a joke!"
Case was baffled by what Jimmy said, genuinely wondering if Fane was deluded. Everything the guy did just seemed to be crazier by the minute. It was one thing to brag, but he even bet against Jimmy.
It was like he thought he was a strong warrior that could breeze through everything! Case felt more amused as he listened. If that guy was in front of him at that moment, he would definitely be viciously mocked!
However, something felt…off to Case.
He noticed that Jimmy's expression was stiff. Should Jimmy not be laughing at that fool with him? Why did Jimmy look so troubled?

This novel become with much unnecessary speech a lot of trash talk with a few of fight and advanced events even a fight with beast will take more then 10 chapters to be ended and many other important events will cost even more then then 20 chapters to end . U can remove the long unnecessary speech or u can post 20 chapters or more per day,if this not possible i will stop reading this novel,i don't have any other option because i'm not enjoying it...
It became a little boring,the events advanced slowly that 10 chapters become not enough to enjoy the events and there's a lot of unnecessary speech...
can u pls post 15 to 20 chapters per day if it's possible ?...
