The Soldier's Unsurpassable Honor novel Chapter 3920

Fane's words sounded incredibly strange, but Lourain was already used to it. Tanner and the others did not understand what Fane meant at all, and only felt like the two of them were acting more strangely! They did not expect Fane to have such sharp senses. It was rare that the man was ever discovered.

Fane's words seemed to imply that Fane had already noticed the man early on. He clearly knew someone was observing him, but he acted like he did not know. Was that person just incredibly brave, or did he have other plans?

Lourain smirked and said, "There's no way they would be so capable! However, I don't think the situation is that serious. There aren't that many that have a grudge against you. Most of that group has never even met you before, surely they won't…"

Lourain was being vague with his words as well, but Fane knew what Lourain was saying. Fane laughed and said, "Don't think that people are so simple. I'm like a thorn in the eyes of those people–they would want to kill me if they had the chance!"

Lourain's lips twitched, clearly not agreeing with Fane. He felt like there was no way things would progress to that stage. Those warriors at the peak had no grudges against Fane, and Fane was so strong that it would not be easy to kill him.

They would probably need a few of them attacking at the same time for it to be threatening to Fane's life. Without any grudges against Fane, they would probably not do that! However, Fane did not think so.

Fane had talked to him about it earlier and was very sure when he told Lourain that, the moment Fane's identity was exposed, there would definitely be people coming after him. Fane spoke as if it was a sure thing. Lourain did not understand it at all after hearing what Fane said, thinking that Fane was just overthinking it.

Tanner did not understand what the two of them were saying at all. The fact that the two of them were completely ignoring the threat his men posed made all of them absolutely furious.
