Matthew's voice was low, but to Judy, it rumbled.
What kind of man was Clark? Other than that night of revenge on their wedding night, he always looked at her with undisguised indifference. Now, Matthew wanted her to get pregnant with Clark's child.
That was harder than impossible!
"No way." Judy shook her head.
Matthew remained unfazed. "Nothing is impossible. As long as you feed him this. Put it in his drink, try it a few times, and don't let him find out. You'll get pregnant eventually."
Judy was shocked. Was this what a father would say to his daughter?
When she was first returned to the Blake family, she also had longed for a father's love. Her expectations had dwindled with each day of indifference from Matthew.
Even so, she never thought that Matthew would sell her like a commodity to the Reid family. After all, even a tiger doesn't eat its cubs.
"Father, have you ever thought of me as your daughter?" Judy looked at Matthew, trying to find a trace of compassion in his gaze.
"Of course, you're my daughter. As the oldest in the Blake family, these are the responsibilities you have to bear, Judy.
"As long as you give birth to Clark's child, the Reid family will be yours! I'm doing this for your good." Matthew selfishly explained his plans. The greed in his eyes could not be concealed, chilling Judy's heart.
"I can't do it." Judy gritted her teeth and refused. Clark had already warned her, and she had no wish to play with fire.
Matthew's face quickly darkened. "You still have to do it."
Judy wanted to say something, but she heard Jenna and Clark approaching.
Matthew quickly stuffed the package into Judy's hand, warning her, "Remember, your grandma is still in the hospital."
