Chapter 3658
“It’s not that I don’t want to fight! We simply can’t!”
Elder Steele sighed, a miserable look on his face.
Naturally, it was hard for him to admit that the top talents of Longmen were inferior.
Before Fisher could say anything, Bryce frowned for a moment, and narrowed his eyes at
him.
“Tell me, what are the chances of your champion winning against the Indians?”
“I don’t know, but he managed to knock out every single one of his opponents with a single
move.”
“Compared to the other participants, his strength was simply overwhelming!”
“Even if he can’t crush the Indians, it wouldn’t be hard for him to take down a few of them.”
“Harvey York… Harvey York…”
Elder Steele kept mumbling the name to himself before slapping his head in recognition.
“I remember now! He’s the one who won against Bowen in a bet!”
“That’s right! That’s him!” Fisher exclaimed.
The elders felt relieved after hearing those words.
After all, making someone like Bowen suffer was enough proof that Harvey was both skillful and full of experience.
If that wasn’t the case, Bowen wouldn’t have ended up this way.
“Hand me Harvey’s documents for now.”
Bryce took a deep breath and tapped on the table.
Someone brought over a stack of papers detailing Harvey’s information that wasn’t fully public.
Since Harvey hid his identity when he signed up, the documents didn’t specify that he was the newly–appointed head of Longmen’s Law Enforcement.
Even so, it was apparent that he was an outstanding participant.
“Not bad. Not bad at all…”
Bryce took a few glances at the documents.
“I heard there was a top talent who won the provincial qualifiers. I didn’t think it was him.”
