Chapter 5126
The middlemost building had hundreds of years of history, but the entire place surrounding it was filled with ditches and slush since it was not maintained.
A huge hole was seen in the middle of the building.
A head was hanged right under it.
The Heaven’s Gate even sent a group of disciples to guard the place.
Naturally, they did not want the Gibson family or the people involved to have a chance at retrieving the head.
Harvey York showed a horrible look. At that very moment, flames were burning in his eyes.
He waved his hand when he was about to step forward with Rachel Hardy and the others.
But then, a beautiful figure appeared.
She also had an air of dominance.
Harvey froze as soon as he saw the woman.
The woman seemed too beautiful even to be considered human. She seemed more like a fairy of some sort.
“Who is she?” Harvey said with a frown on his face.
Rachel briefly looked at her laptop before finally replying, “If I’m correct, this must be Quill Gibson’s foster daughter, Alani Carlson.
“It’s said that she had been studying in the Island Nations. I wonder why she’s back now…”
Harvey frowned.
“The Island Nations?”
“The Kyoto Women’s University. It’s said that women of royal families love studying here.
“Every queen of the country also graduated from there.
“Not only are ordinary classes being taught here, martial arts, Yin-Yang Techniques, medical and geomancy skills, among other things, can also be found here.”
Harvey lightly sounded his reply. He was reminded of a woman that he met on the battlefield.
Some were playing with their phones. Others were playing
cards while chugging beer. It was a lively sight.
Yet, Quill’s head was hanging right on the floor below.
Nobody even knew where Quill’s body went.
Harvey glared coldly after seeing the sight.
Treating the head of an elderly person like this was just horrible.
Right as Harvey was about to do something, Alani quickly waved her hand before a short sword, and a long sword swung forward, cutting Quill’s head down.
A few bodyguards behind her showed up while holding a coffin made of yellow flower pear wood to store the head.
The disciples who were playing around showed stern looks before standing up.
A bald man with a long sword slowly stepped out.
He quickly glanced at Alani with disdain and ridicule.
