“Go! Get inside!”

Harvey’s gaze was grim, and he rushed into the manor.

The sun was already gone. There was only light from the streetlamps. The sky was cold and icy, and the wind carried a desolate gloom. The manor seemed like a haunted mansion.

The security guards and servants were seen wearing puffer jackets, shivering from the chill.

Saul rushed after Harvey, his entire body covered up like a bear. He was shivering as well. He gave Harvey a jacket, then looked at his phone.

“This is bad, Harvey! I just got word!

“A powerful chill seeped out of the bedroom not long after we left. Mr. Nobuyuki tried using his Yin-Yang Technique and the Island Nations’ martial arts, to no avail! His legs got frostbite.

“He wanted to leave, but my butler stopped him. He was told to fix the problem, no matter what. He’s been trying to channel spirits since then.

“We don’t know what’s going on at this point.”

Harvey frowned. “Spirit channeling? Does he think he can solve the problem this way?”

Saul’s expression worsened, but he said nothing.

He and Harvey arrived near the bedroom soon after. Many were standing around. They were all holding torches; they tried stepping closer, but in the end were too afraid to do so.
