The Supreme Harvey York novel Chapter 5442

Chapter 5442

Blaine John took a deep breath.

“Of course. If you say so…

“I’m begging you.”

Harvey York could not help but give his praise after hearing those words.

“I expect no less from Young Master John!

“You swallow your hate just for the sake of the bigger picture…

“Not many people can do the same, you know!

“I have to admit, I admire your persistence!”

Blaine was infuriated entirely after seeing the sight.

As the young master of the John family, he was one of the top- rated people in the entire country.

And yet, he had been constantly disrespected by a mere live-in son-in-law! This was simply unforgivable!

Then again, he still forced a smile on his face when thinking of his goal.

“I’d have to accept such a huge compliment from Sir York himself!”

“Tsk tsk tsk!

Harvey looked surprised.

“Meetings always happen for a reason…

“Other than you trying to kill me, I really can’t figure out another reason why you’d hold yourself back like this.

“That said, I’ll go since I already promised you.

“Just wait there.”

An hour later, Harvey and Kairi Patel arrived at the Golden Sands Hotel.

He was not stupid. He knew Blaine’s goal would ultimately affect the city’s situation.

It would be better to bring Kairi along if that was the case.

“Are you planning to stand up for Capri, Young Master John?

“Or are you planning to disrespect me instead?

“You, of all people, know what sort of relationship Sir York and I have.”

Blaine smiled.

“Are you trying to pull your lover out of trouble, Ms. Kairi?

“I envy Sir York sometimes.

“He has so many close friends in his circle, along with a loving wife at home.

“What a successful man.

“Then again, it’d be inappropriate if everyone knows that the Patel family is about to be governed by a mere kept man.”

“What? Are you people the paparazzi now? As far as I know, this is none of your business.”

Blaine’s eyes twitched. He did not expect Kairi to have such a sharp tongue still.
