Pain, hatred, humiliation, and terror–all these emotions surged through Noelle in an instant. Even her struggling momentarily faltered unise overwhelming wave of despair. But just after a few seconds, it was as though something snapped inside her, and she began to fight back with renewed ferocity. 

The man kept his hand clamped tightly over her mouth, but Noelle opened her jaw wide and sank her teeth into the flesh of his hand. She bit down with every ounce of strength she had, nearly tearing into his flesh. 

The man let out a pained grunt. Seizing the moment, Noelle drove her leg up and kicked him in the stomach with all her might. This time, the man was prepared. He grabbed her leg and forcefully pinned it down. Then, he released her mouth. 

Noelle immediately screamed, “Let me go! Help- 

Before she could finish, the man shoved the loosened tie straight into her mouth. The strong stench of alcohol emanated from him, but it couldn’t mask the faint, familiar scent lingering on him. 

Noelle froze. Her eyes widened in disbelief as she slowly locked up at him. The room was dark, and Noelle could barely make out the man’s face in the shadows. Yet he didn’t even give her that chance. After stuffing the tie into her mouth, he used it to blindfold her eyes as well. 

Now, Noelle couldn’t speak or see. But a suspicion had already taken root in her mind, and after that, she stopped. struggling. Even so, it didn’t make the experience any less agonizing. This was the man’s one–sided outburst, and naturally, it brought her nothing but pain. 

It was only at this moment that Noelle realized his previous treatment of her could almost be considered gentle. Now that he had completely abandoned any intention of pleasing her, all she felt was pain 

Time stretched endlessly, and by the end, even her tears ha dried up. She had no idea how long it lasted before the man finally let her go. The next thing she knew, the room’s light flicked on. When Noelle turned her head, she was met with the man’s utterly expressionless face. 

He was still dressed in a shirt, the fabric crisp and unwrinkled, giving him an appearance of composed sophistication. Noelle had her hands pinned down the entire time, but as soon as he released her, her first instinct was to slap him. 

However, Hendrix quickly caught her movement with ease, quickly restraining her wrist. 

“Let go!” Noelle said through gritted teeth, her voice hoars and trembling. 

Hendrix let out a faint laugh. “You didn’t think it was over, id you?” 

His words left Noelle momentarily stunned. Before she could react, he had already scooped her up from the bed, or more accurately, slung her over his shoulder as he strode toward the bathroom. 

Noelle struggled relentlessly, but as he pressed against her stomach, and the blood rushed to her head, leaving her dizzy, she had no choice but to stop. 

Hendrix carried her into the bathroom and unceremoniously dropped her into the bathtub. Gaining her freedom, Noelle fought back fiercely, cursing and clawing at him, leaving scratches across his face and neck. 

But Hendrix seemed impervious to pain, not even pausing as he continued with what he intended to do. Her resistance was intense, and in truth, it wasn’t easy for him either. But he didn’t care. It was just pain, after all. This was, at least, they both felt the pain.
