Daisie nodded.

"Alright, I’m going home then."

She turned and got into the car.

Lisa watched the car drive away and bit her lip.

Did she have to hope that her father would fall sick to avoid getting exposed? The car was parked in the suburbs.

Daisie lowered the window, looked at a building not far away, and pondered for a long time.

The driver turned to ask, "Miss, are you looking for someone?"

"Who are you looking for?"
