ve her frantic shouting, she was dragged
Julius and the others were still at Crestview Hospital when Quiana brought Carole along.
Noticing Leo behind him, Zack leaned in and asked quietly, “What’s going on?”
Leo was silent for a few seconds before responding, “She took down all of the security guards at the Wilson residence and, right in front of Elliott, dragged Carole away.”
By the time Leo arrived, the front yard and the inside of the mansion were littered with injured men. He hadn’t even had a chance to intervene, Julius‘ eyes darkened.
Quiana, who looked pissed, threw Carole into the hallway, Carole, having been dragged the whole way, was a mess. She had been spoiled since her childhood and no one had ever dared to do this to her.
Standing on the cold floor, fury blazed in Carole’s eyes. “You’re a psycho, Quiana! If you lay a finger on me, the Wilson family will never let you off! You think my grandpa will protect you, huh? You’re just relying on the Hawley…”
“Help, Ms. Wilson!” Before Carole could finish her words, Hayden crawled out from the corner, his face a mess of snot and tears, leaving a wet trail behind him.
“Get away from me!” Carole shrieked, jumping up in fright and kicking him away. “Get off me!”
Right now, Carole was the only one who could save him, so Hayden wasn’t about to let her go. “I did this for you, Ms. Wilson. You have to help me. I don’t want to die!”
“I don’t understand what you’re talking about. Go away!” Carole screamed in a frantic voice, backing away from him as she tried to keep him from touching her.
The elevator door opened, and William and Elliott arrived, followed by Sean.
“Dad!” Carole pushed through several people blocking her way and rushed to Sean. “Quiana wants to kill me, Dad. They’re all trying to harm me!”
“Don’t worry. I’m here and no one dares to touch you,” Sean said, stepping forward to shield Carole. His cold gaze fell on Quiana. “Do you know what you’re doing?”
Quiana sneered. “I know better than you.”
