Chapter 131: Crisis of Trust
Ileanor fell down the stairs.
Her slender and thin body rolled straight down to the ground on the first floor
Did she go crazy?
There was only one thought in Charlotte’s mind.
In her last life, it seemed that nothing like this had happened
his life, many things had changed, and even Eleanor’s actions had become so unpredictable.
She had gone so far as to make such a dangerous move just to set her up.
Wasn’t she afraid of really falling to her death?
Charlotte walked down the stairs.
At the bottom, Eleanor had fallen to the ground in a complete daze.
She was lying on the floor in a pitiful state.
Her hair was disheveled.
Her body was twisted.
The slowly dripping blood filled the ground.
In front of her eyes, there was a blinding bright red.
Immediately after that, a rush and chaotic footsteps reached her ears.
“Eleanor!” Vanessa’s scream, which was enough to sting her eardrums, rang out as she quickly ran over.
After seeing the shocking scene, her eyes widened and the blood in her entire body froze as she stood stiffy
Christopher and Edward immediately rushed over.
“What’s going on?!” Their father took a deep breath and shouted in disbelief.
Eleanor was supposed to be resting comfortably in her bedroom, so no one had expected her to suddenly collapse to the four and fall to her head…
Vanessa crouched down and reached out to check on her.
Eleanor had long since fallen unconscious. Her eyes were closed tightly, and her blood was pouring out of her head.
Vanessa was so frightened that her whole body was shaking.
At that moment-
Everyone unconsciously raised their heads to look up, and their eyes landed on Charlotte who was standing on the stairs.
With a scene like that, it was hard for people not to think of something.
Eleanor fell to the bottom of the stairs like this, while Charlotte happened to be standing on the stairs…
“Charlotte!” Vanessa immediately stood up straight, gritting her teeth and screaming harshly.
Christopher and Edward also widened their eyes slightly and looked at her with a confused expression
No one could believe that Eleanor would fall down the stairs by herself!

Chapter 131: Crisis of Trust
The only possibility was that…
Eleanor was pushed down by Charlotte!
“You’re so wicked!”
Vanessa stepped onto the stairs with her teeth and claws bared. She was fuming fiercely and rushed towards her.
Charlotte, on the other hand, stood with an indifferent face.
Her eyes were calm and waveless, like a deep sea without waves.
Vanessa threw her hands violently at Charlotte, but suddenly-
yard grabbed Vanessa from behind and stopped her from attacking his sister. “Mom, calm down!
Vanessa struggled violently. “Let go of me! I’m going to beat this little brute to death right now. How can she… be so vicious?!”
He still held her tightly, not letting her hurt Charlotte. “Now is not the time to worry about that, Mom…”
“That’s right,” Charlotte spoke up just then, her light voice permeated with a lack of energy. “Instead of thinking about teaching me a lesson, why don’t you quickly send her to the hospital?”
“See if she can still be saved.”
Her words were said in a somewhat cold–blooded manner. Vanessa was instantly irritated and enraged. She went crazy and wanted to rush over to her. “It’s not because of you! You wicked witch!”
Thanks to Edward who desperately stopped her. If it wasn’t for him, she would have rushed over and scratched Charlotte’s face to pieces.
“Alright, I’ve already called an ambulance. Keep quiet and watch Eleanor first!” Christopher’s voice suddenly came from behind, his tone fearful and helpless.
Only then did Vanessa come to her senses.
She slowly turned around.
Edward gently released his hand.
Biting her lip, Vanessa walked down the stai
to his side.
Seeing her daughter in this bleedin
state, her heart kept aching.
Vanessa had special feelings for Eleanor.
After giving birth to her first child, she suffered from mild postpartum depression.
During those dark times, only Eleanor accompanied her like a little angel, relieved her sadness, and gave her comfort.
Coupled with the fact that she was in poor health and had suffered from anemia since childhood, Vanessa was even more compassionate toward her.
Although she and Eleanor were not related by blood, her feelings were still completely invested in her.
The love she had for her daughter was already preconceived, and all of it had been given to her.
That’s why she couldn’t love Charlotte anymore.
Even though Charlotte was her own daughter, she was almost like a stranger…
Soon the ambulance arrived.
The paramedics used a stretcher to carry Eleanor to the car, and Vanessa followed closely behind.
Edward raised his eyes. His eyes were conflicted as he looked at Charlotte. “Are you going to the hospital?”
Charlotte knew that Edward must have misunderstood her as well.
Chapter 131: Crisis of Trust
After all, a scene like that just now…
No one would think that Eleanor was not pushed by her.
“I’m going.” Charlotte lowered her eyes and did not say anything.
Of course, she had to go to the hospital to see if Eleanor would survive or not.
Vanessa followed the ambulance to the hospital first, and Christopher drove himself with Edward and Charlotte following close behind.
Upon arrival at the hospital.
Eleanor was taken to the emergency room.
of them could only wait in the long corridor of the hospital.
“Charlotte, what’s wrong? Why are you like this… are you…” At that moment, Christopher finally had some free time and started to question Charlotte.
He did not understand why she had to hurt Eleanor.
