Chapter 167: Charlotte’s Revenge
Chapter 167: Charlotte’s Revenge
On a highway not far from the training site.
A black Porsche is speeding along.
In the back seat of the Porsche…
Dylan sits with closed eyes, looking dispirited.
His face still bears the remnants of bruises from being beaten.
hered to leave the Starry Sky Training Camp by Mr. Ryles, he had to pack and depart der fhe comes of night
How infuriating.
Naturally, Dylan is very unwilling deep inside.
But what can he do?
Suddenly-
The Porsche screeches to a halt for no apparent reasor
Dylan’s body instinctively leans forward, almost hitting the seat back.
“What’s going on?” he furrows his brow fiercely and angrily questions the driver ahead. “Can’t you drive properly
“Sir, it seems like a tire blew out,” the driver cautiously replies.
The Tire blew out?
Dylan’s face darkened.
It’s just one misfortune after another!
Today is truly an unlucky day…
r, let me step out and check first.”
Saying this, the driver opens the car door and steps outside.
He discovers that all four tires of the Porsche have blown out and deflated.
At that moment-
A lightning–fast figure suddenly dashes into the Porsche.
Dylan is startled, nearly fainting on the spot. “Who who are you?”
Before him stands a stranger dressed entirely in black, slender in figure, with a black mask covering the face, revealing only a pair of cold, of eyes emanating a bloodthirsty and fierce aura.
“Don’t come near…” Dylan, his face pallid, instinctively backs away.
Unexpectedly, the person in black acts swiftly, grabbing Dylan’s collar. Like a whirlwind, they pull Dylan out of the Porsche, disappearing into the sprawling highway.
The Driver heard Dylan’s cry and rushed over immediately.
Unfortunately, the person in black was incredibly fast, and by the time he arrived, Dylan had already disappeared.
“Sir… Sir!” he looked around the trees by the road in a frantic state, shouting almost hoarsely, hoping Dylan would respond.
Chapter 167: Charlotte’s Revenge
However, there was only silence around.
It was as if Dylan had evaporated from the face of the earth.
In the woods beside the road….
Charlotte carried Dylan and swiftly moved forward.
When they reached the center of the woods, she let go of him and set him down.
A loud “thud.”
Dylan hit the ground heavily, unable to help but grimace in pain, his expression contorted.
ho…who are you?” Dylan gasped for breath, his face contorted in agony. “Do you know who I am?”
This guy had audaciously stormed into the car and abducted him to this place!
He wouldn’t let him off!
A faint cold smile curled at the corner of Charlotte’s lips as she used a clear, feigned tone, saying, “I know who you are.”
As her words fell, Charlotte’s fist struck Dylan’s mouth-
Dylan was caught off guard.
The force was too strong; he couldn’t withstand it and fell backward, lying on the ground.
Blood trickled from the corner of his mouth.
The next moment-
The punches rained down like a fierce storm.
For Dylan, this night was like a nightmare.
He was beaten and tortured by a mysterious person in black.
In the end, he even felt like his limbs were broken.
He lay on the ground, his gaze fixed on the starry sky obscured by the forest, slowly losing consciousness.
Charlotte crouched down, her eyes freezing as they landed on Dylan’s face.
Those beautiful eyes were now tinged with a chilling light, like sharp blades capable of piercing through everything.
“I really want to-” she began slowly, her expression sinister, “kill you.”
“But on second thought, living in misery might be more painful than death,” Charlotte’s voice carried a strong chill, “You’ll spend the rest of your life in
a wheelchair.”
With that, she stood up, appearing ready to leave.
“You wait here. If you’re lucky, your family will find you and take you back,” Charlotte sneered, “If not, you’ll just become a feast for the beasts…”
Dylan, upon hearing this, felt a wave of immense panic and fear flash through his eyes.
However, due to the excruciating pain, his throat felt like it was blocked, and he could only watch helplessly as the person in black walked away.
Charlotte swiftly left the woods.
Though she had avenged Dylan thoroughly, she didn’t feel any joy in her heart.
Her brooch had been destroyed.

Chapter 167: Charlotte’s Revenge
Even if Dylan were to die ten times, her brooch wouldn’t be able to return to its original state.
Charlotte clenched her fist and quickly made her way back to the entrance of the Starry Sky Training Camp.
A tall man was already waiting there.
“Boss,” Arnold respectfully called out when she saw Charlotte.
Charlotte didn’t speak, she just walked past with a cold expression, took something out of her pocket, and handed it to Arnold.
Arnold immediately understood and accepted what Charlotte handed over.
What Charlotte handed over was a slightly
deformed swan brooch.
find a way to repair this brooch, no matter what it takes,” Charlotte’s tone was extremely determined.
Arnold, however, was a bit puzzled, “Boss, this brooch isn’t particularly special, why not just get a new one?”
Charlotte gave him a cold, sharp look, her gaze icy.
Arnold immediately understood and kept quiet.
At this moment, Charlotte looked like someone who can take casual jokes.
I understand,” Arnold quickly changed his tune, “I’ll take care of everything. I’ll definitely find a way to restore this brooch to its original state.”
After Arnold left, Charlotte stood alone in the cold wind, motionless.
She gazed at the pitch–black night sky, feeling strangely calm.
