Darryl sat on a chair in the middle of the hall as he looked at Dax, Chester, Jewel, Debra and the others. He said, “I have to go to Mistloren on my own; I am leaving today.”

The hall immediately turned chaotic.

No one tried to stop him; they supported his plan. Little Fairy had died to save Darryl, so it was logical for him to want to find the Dragon Essence to save her.

Darryl sighed and said, “I am worried about the Carter family when I’ve left for Mistloren.”

Donoghue had attempted to destroy the Carter family just a few days ago, and he had managed to escape. It would be a disaster if he were to return when Darryl was not around. How could the Carter family defend themselves?

“Darry!”

Debra knew that Darryl was worried, so she said softly, “Don’t worry about the Carter family; go ahead to Mistloren, I will stay here to protect them.”

Although Darryl did not say it, Debra knew the reason for his worries.

Then, Dax said, “That’s right, Darryl, don’t worry, just go on ahead. Chester and I will stay here too. I have told all the Flower Mountain Sect and Eternal Life Palace Sect disciples to come here; we will protect the Carter family.”

“Good!” Ever since they met, Jewel had never been away from Darryl. He had been worried when Jewel insisted on following him; it was true that she could only be an inconvenience if he brought her along with him.
