Lily sighed to herself. Ever since she became in charge, she knew that nobody was on her side. She knew this day was coming, but she did not expect it to be so soon.

“Lilybud, I’m not trying to take away your authority, but I can’t bear to see our business decline. There’s a lot of potential members in your generation, like William. We can’t take away his opportunity,” Granny comforted. “That’s why I’d like you to give away some of your shares so that we can form a family board of directors.
