The Ultimate Husband (Darryl and Lily Lyndon) novel Chapter 3467

Chapter 3467

Grady thought as he walked forward to Lolita with a smile on his face. "Lolita, are you watching the sunset?"

"Grady?"

Lolita smiled when she saw that it was Grady; she was delighted. " Why are you here?"

Initially, Lolita hated Grady. She had seen the ugly side of Grady— he was the arrogant and domineering young master in Pearl City that often bullied the weak. However, things changed after Lolita's grandfather passed away. Grady had been helping her. Besides, Lolita managed to persuade Grady to change the way he behaved toward the weak and unprivileged group. So, he rarely bullied them.

Then, Lolita had significantly changed her views toward Grady.

However, Lolita had no idea that Grady's transformation was only superficial, and it was what he deliberately showed her. 1

Grady was thrilled when he noticed Lolita's joy upon seeing him. He smiled and said, "I feel like something is missing in my life if I don't see you for a day."

Grady could not contain his excitement. "And, I have good news to share with you. I have joined the Temple of Light."

Lolita was startled by the news; she was shocked.

"Really? Congratulations!" Lolita recovered from her shock and smiled faintly at Grady, she was very happy for Grady.

Lolita was an introvert, and she did not like socializing. Therefore, when prominent families and dignitaries from the other cities visited the Goddess of Light, Lolita did not go along.

Lolita knew that the Goddess of Light had a sacred status in the entire continent, and if Grady could join the Temple of Light, he would surely do well in the future. As a friend, she was happy for him.

Grady was very excited; he said, "Lolita, I am so happy today.

Please come out with me for a walk."

Grady looked serious, but his eyes had a glint of cunningness.

'I am now a member of the Temple of Light, and my status is no longer what it used to be. It's time to take things a little further with Lolita.'

Lolita did not notice the change in Grady's expression, she nodded and agreed cheerfully. "Okay!"

It was great that Grady managed to join the Temple of Light. Lolita thought it was normal to accompany him out for a walk and celebrate the joy as a friend.

Grady and Lolita were in a unicorn carriage a few minutes later, moving slowly along the beach. 1

The glow of the setting sun dyed the entire sea surface golden, and the waves were gleaming and sparkling. The sea view was like a dreamy fairy tale; it was so beautiful.

"What a beautiful view!"

Lolita was admiring the scenery.

However, Grady, who was next to Lolita, did not appreciate the beautiful nature in front of him. Instead, he was staring at Lolita.

The next second, Grady said affectionately, "Lolita, would you marry me?" Grady grabbed Lolita's hand.

Lolita jolted in surprise and quickly withdrew her hand. "Grady, stop kidding."

Lolita was blushing, and she felt a little unhappy, she had agreed to accompany Grady for a stroll, but he had misbehaved and touched her.
