Harper was enjoying the look on Madame Pandora's face. He roared with laughter and said, "Madame, just hand over the Holy Jade Scripture if you want to save your men."

Madame Pandora continued to bite her lips as the panic grew inside her. There was no way she would hand over the Temple of Light's ultimate treasure, but what of her men?

Just when Madame Pandora was struggling with what to do, they heard a cold voice coming from the distance. "Stop!" Darryl shouted as he walked out of his hiding place. He was smiling as if all of that was a game to him.

Even though he wished he did not have to reveal himself, he could not bear to see Madame Pandora being bullied like that. After all, they had spent one amazing night together. Besides, there was also the matter of the missing second half of the Holy Jade Scripture.

Harper and all the others turned their eyes toward the newcomer.

"Darren?" Madame Pandora asked with both surprise and joy on her face, she was sure she was saved since Darren was there. Darryl nodded at her, his way of telling her that there was no need for her to worry.

Harper said coldly as he stared at him. "Darren? Are you the famous Darren, the Queen's favorite?" At that, Harper's face became sinister. "I heard you know how to communicate with animals using beast language and that you are very good at making the Queen happy. However, no matter your status, you'll only answer me outside of the capital city. So, why don't you kneel on the ground and stay there? If not, don't blame me for hurting you!"

In Harper's eyes, Darryl was someone of saint honor level, so there was no need to worry about him at all.

Darryl looked at him and said, "Get lost."

To anyone else, Harper might pose a threat to them, but Darryl saw him as an ant. He wanted to get that over as fast as possible so that he could ask Madame Pandora about the Holy Jade Scripture.

Harper's face instantly became flushed with anger. "D*mn it! You must have a death wish! How dare a lowly saint honor fighter talk to me like that?"

The other men-in-blacks were angrily shouting at him too.

"Man, that guy must be crazy!"

"He must not know the meaning of death!"

"Does he still think he's in the capital city?"
