"Miss Debra, did something happen to Darryl?" Skylar asked with a smile, pretending to be concerned. Only he knew just how happy he was to find out something had happened to Darryl. He started to daydream about how he would get close to Debra if Darryl were out of the picture.

Debra sighed and told them all that had happened.

'Darryl's been kidnapped! That is good news indeed!' That was one of the happiest days of Skylar's life.

"Skylar, do you have anything to do with that?" Debra asked seriously.

"Miss Debra! How can I possibly have anything to do with that? I don't need to resort to that kind of tactic to win against Darryl. The way I see it, he must have offended some mysterious figure," Skylar said. He did not mind that Debra had accused him. 1
