Chapter 4004

Soon, the people regained their senses and rushed to the edge of the cliff. They saw thick fogs and the cliff was almost bottomless. How could they possibly see Veron's body?

At that point in time, the disciples of the Five Poison Sect turned to each other and their faces became solemn.

"D*mn. This woman is really something else..."

"Ya. She was already poisoned by the Blood Widow... We were so close to catching her and she just flew away like that!"

"It's fine. I bet she's dead after falling from here. Let's return to report to the Sect Master!"

After their discussion, the disciples returned to the main hall of the Five Poison Sect.

On the other hand, Veron landed quickly and after more than ten seconds, suddenly her body started shaking and smashed onto an unknown object. She felt a massive pain and passed out after it turned pitch black before her eyes.

Time past. In the middle of the cliff, Veron woke up in a daze. As she opened her eyes, she felt great pain throughout her body.

'I'm still alive?' Veron endured the severe pain and looked around her. She rejoice in relief as she realized she had fallen on a tree that was grown out from the cliff and was hung there.

However, at the same time, Veron also felt dejected, she could clearly feel the poison by the Blood Widow had reached her heart and her body started to turn numb.

'So what if I didn't fall to my death?'

Tn the end, г 11 still be poisoned to death.'

Whoosh... Veron took a deep breath and looked downwards.

She saw an extended stone platform about dozens of meters below. Though it was only the size of a few square feet, it was still a location where she could land on.

She took a deep breath as she thought she should not be waiting on her death even after being poisoned. She decided to jump to the stone platform to see if she could find a way out.

'Perhaps, I haven't run out of luck.'

As she wondered, Veron did not move rashly, she rested on the tree for a few minutes and just as she felt better, she leap lightly and landed on the stone platform.

Oh? Veron rejoiced as she landed on the stone platform, she saw a narrow cave where the stone platform was extended from. The cave was meandering and had a cool breeze, leading to nowhere.

As a matter of fact, Veron was hesitant to enter the cave. After all, that area was still within the territory of the Five Poison Sect.

However, it was a dead-end ahead and she was clueless about the distance between the stone platform and the bottom of the pit. It almost felt like she would die than live when she reaches the bottom.

Veron stood there for a moment and finally decided to enter the cave to take a look. The cave was narrow and meandering. She became especially alert and walked in carefully, without her realizing, she had walked for almost ten minutes. Then she saw light ahead, she was overjoyed and hastened her pace.

Whoosh... Soon, Veron successfully walked out of the cave and she was stunned by what appeared before her eyes. It was a beautiful scenery of a valley, with a quiet forest ahead, flowers filling the pasture next to it, and a river where the gurgling stream was crystal clear.

Beautiful! At that moment, Veron was stunned and her body shivered a little. She was lost for words and she was distracted by the pain in her body.

That place was extremely beautiful. It was like a paradise. Who would have thought there would be such a fascinating place near the Five Poison Sect?

At that point in time, Veron was not aware that the valley that she entered, was Franga Valley where Skylar had taken Debra captive. As a matter of fact, if it was not for Veron falling off the cliff and entering the cave via the stone platform by chance, she would not have found that place.

After being frozen for a few minutes, Veron snapped out of it and continued walking along the river. After a while, the forest around her disappeared, and before her eyes, was a green pasture. The end of the pasture was an elegant courtyard.

The courtyard was rather small. There was only a house and a side hall, but the architecture was aesthetic. It was surrounded by wooden fences and there was a gazebo extended from the side hall.
