’What is going on? Darryl is the Nine Heaven Sage. He's General Grunt's superior; how could he not recognize him?' Mona wondered.

She snapped out of it and said, "Don't you know him? He's-"

'F*ck...' Darryl was shocked and quickly covered Mona's mouth with his hand. He was drenched in a cold sweat, his face covered in mud. He would not let Mona expose his identity, otherwise, he was dead meat.

Mona was exasperated and pushed Darryl away. "What are you doing? You've crossed the line."

She was pure, but he touched her with his dirty hands. 'He's so annoying!'

General Grunt scowled. 'What's happening?'

After hearing what Mona said, he thought the guy with the dirty face looked familiar. Moreover, he thought the guy was rather secretive about his identity. 'Something's up.'

Darryl chuckled, pulled Mona closer, and said softly, "Miss Mona, don't ever talk about my identity in front of General Grunt, okay?"

He spoke so softly that only Mona could hear him.

Mona frowned and asked softly out of confusion, "Why?"

Darryl took a deep breath and said seriously, "Don't ask questions now. Once my identity is exposed, not only will I die, but you and your people will be wiped out too. So, you must protect my identity, okay?"

'Everyone will be wiped out once your identity is exposed?' Mona thought it was ridiculous, but Darryl did not look like he was joking, so she nodded.

Then, General Grunt could not help but ask, "What's wrong?"

He then appraised Darryl from head to toe.

Mona opened up her mouth, but she was interrupted before she could say anything.

"Nothing. Nothing... I told her that I'm just a nobody and I don't deserve to explain to you, General Grunt," Darryl put on a bright smile and said to General Grunt.

He then had another idea and added, "when the incident at the Imperial sky Palace ended, I was ordered by the white Tiger King to pass a message to the Imperial sky Palace. It was then when I saw you."

'You saw me?' General Grunt frowned and wondered why did he not remember? However, it was a simple matter and he did not want to spend time thinking about it. He then smiled at Mona. " Time's running out. Let's rush over to your territory."

Mona agreed and started walking towards her territory, along with Darryl and dozens of her people. General Grunt ordered the thousands of Grand Weapon and generals to follow closely behind.

After half an hour, Darryl, Mona, General Grunt, and the others had finally arrived at the demons' territory.

In the center of the territory was a huge stone castle and surrounding it was a statue of the Four Congenial Beasts. It was majestic and solemn. Outside the stone castle stood dozens of men. They were the elites among the demons. The leader was dressed in a silver satin robe, and he was tall and majestic. It was the white Tiger King and on his right was Leia.
