Bring them somewhere they can rest for now, and take them around the royal city in the morning so they can get to know the place's layout."

"Yes, Marshal," Nigel called out in acknowledgment and ushered Robert and his men away.

"General!"

Once they got outside, Robert's gaze sparkled with a sinister glint. He turned to Nigel to say, "We can rest later. Could you bring us around the royal city first and let US check out the defense layout?"

The point of infiltrating the royal city was to gain intel to assist their army in attacking the royal city. Of course, there was no time for rest.

Nigel's face creased with doubt at the request. "I don't think that'd be the right thing for me to do. The Great Marshal might reprimand me for not taking good care of all of you if she finds out."

Robert broke into laughter and shook his head. "We're here to help with the defense army, not for a vacation. Why would the Marshal fault you for that?
