The Ultimate Husband (Darryl and Lily Lyndon) novel Chapter 4363

Chapter 4363

Yolanda was starving and when she smelled the scent of the meat, her eyes brightened. "It smells so good!"

She looked adorable with her eyes glued to the roasted deer leg in Darryl's hand.

Darryl burst out laughing when he saw her face. Then, he passed the leg to her and said, "Try this. It's been a long time since I've last roasted meat in the wilderness."

Yolanda chuckled as she took the roasted deer leg and bit into it. She thought it was tender and delicious.

"It smells and tastes so good! Dart, you're so awesome! You can do anything!" she exclaimed.

Darryl grinned and nodded. "Eat more if you like it!"

’D*mn it!' Sergio was upset. He quickly handed the roasted deer leg to Yolanda and said, "Yolanda, mine tastes better. Try it!"

Yolanda looked at it and muttered, "It's burnt and looks horrible. You can have it yourself."

Sergio felt embarrassed when Yolanda looked disgusted and at the same time, he was frustrated. He stood up angrily and walked out the door while he ate the roasted deer leg. Even he could not bear to eat the burnt meat.

He was furious and wanted to blame Darryl, but he could not think of a reason to. He ended up taking a walk around the compound of the monastery to feel better. As he reached the gate of the monastery, he heard rustling from the bushes in the corner. He ran over to see what it was and was stunned.

In the bush was a centipede about half a meter long. It was slowly crawling and it had a reddish-brown shell. On top of it, were ring marks and it had nearly a hundred squirming legs. It would give anyone who saw it goosebumps.

'Is this a Red-ringed Centipede?' he thought, shocked and excited.

He studied medicine under his master for several years and was familiar with various venomous insects in The Nine Mainland. The Red-ringed Centipede was big but not venomous. Moreover, it was also a rare medicinal ingredient.

'Who would have thought I'd find a treasure while taking a walk,' he thought.

Excitedly, Sergio scurried over, used a tree branch to pick up the Red- ringed Centipede, and placed it in a bamboo basket. 'Over the years, Master has formulated a rare elixir but he was missing the Red-ringed Centipede. I never thought I'd find one so easily. He'll be delighted by my discovery.'

Then, he carried the bamboo basket back to his room happily. In the room, Darryl and Yolanda had full bellies and were chatting and laughing.

Sergio rushed in and said excitedly, "Yolanda, guess what I found?"

"What?" Yolanda asked curiously.

Sergio chuckled and took out the Red-ringed Centipede from the bamboo basket. "Look at this! For the past two years, Master's been wanting to formulate an elixir but the only thing missing was this Red-ringed Centipede. I caught it today."
