The Ultimate Husband (Darryl and Lily Lyndon) novel Chapter 4479

Chapter 4479

Darryl smirked coldly. He soared forward, and a fierce battle broke out between the two in mid-air.

Both figures zipped past and around each other. The aura that exploded from their bodies sent the heavens into chaos in no time, with dark, rolling clouds and deafening thunder.

However, Darryl did not use any weapons; he fought with his bare hands. Within a few rounds, Thoth had managed to strike Darryl with the Blazing Heaven Scepter. Darryl was sent flying over a hundred meters backward as fresh blood sprayed from his mouth.

Motherf*cker!

Darryl could not contain his anger and shock as he held himself up. That scepter was even more powerful than the Sky Breaking Ax. It would be a difficult battle.

At the same time, everyone watching on from below said a silent prayer for Darryl.

Thoth's scepter was incredibly powerful. Darryl had no weapons on him; how would he continue with the fight?

"Be careful, Darryl!"

Yvette could not help but call out as she noticed Darryl's situation. She was sitting cross-legged as she tried to restore her internal energy.

Celine and Queenie were beside themselves with panic as well.

Celine wanted nothing more than to rush forward to help Darryl. Yet she had just fought Thoth, and she did not dare to act so harshly again.

Celine knew better then-if she rushed forward without thinking, she would only add to Darryl's burden.

Thoth cackled toward the heavens in mid-air, looking down on Darryl with an expression full of condescension. "You don't stand a chance, Darryl. I think you'd better just come with me."

Thoth raised his arms once again. A destructive aura exploded out of the Blazing Heaven Scepter and formed a blood-red rod in the air like a bolt of lightning before it struck down on Darryl!

The blood-red bolt ripped through the heavens as if it was trying to split the world in half.

Oh, no!

Everyone, including Yvette, Celine, and Queenie, trembled with fear.

Darryl's expression was deadly solemn; his heart was overwhelmed with panic.

If he could not dodge that blow, he would lose the fight.

As the bolt got closer, Darryl looked at it with hopelessness!
