Archfiend Antigonus sat leisurely on his seat in the first-floor hall. Delicacies and wine were on the table in front of him, and Forsythe was accompanying him.
Several specially selected beautiful women were dancing in the open space a few meters away from the table.
Forsythe handpicked those stunning ladies.
Archfiend Antigonus was in a good mood after destroying the Elysium Gate's headquarters a few days ago.
He clinked glasses with Forsythe at the time and smiled as he said, "You did a good job the last time you attacked the Elysium Gate headquarters. Unfortunately, you allowed Ambrose to flee.
"It has been three days. Have you made any headway in your search for Ambrose?"
His tone was neutral, but he exuded an overwhelming sense of pressure.
When Forsythe heard that, he drank the wine in the glass and stood up, embarrassed. "I am sorry, but I don't have any news about Ambrose at the moment."
When Forsythe responded, he was sweating.
The more Forsythe worked for Archfiend Antigonus, the better he knew him. Even though the situation was peaceful now, he would be severely punished if he did something that made Archfiend Antigonus unhappy.
Morticia was an example.
"No?"
As expected, when Archfiend Antigonus heard that, he frowned and showed a bit of displeasure on his face. "Forsythe, I value you very much. Don't let me down."
"Yes, I understand." Forsythe wiped the cold sweat on his forehead and nodded. "I'll get ready and try my best to catch Ambrose."
Forsythe exited the hall quickly after saying his final words.
Damn it!
Forsythe stepped outside and took a deep breath of the cold night air. Dealing with the emperor was said to be like accompanying a tiger, and dealing with Archfiend Antigonus was even more terrifying.
Ambrose had been missing for three days. Where could Forsythe even find him?
