Seeing as Scitalis looked nothing but sincere and loyal once again, Debra did not waste anymore words.
"Alright!"
Debra took a step backwards, saying to Rachelle in a low voice, "He's at our mercy. I don't think we'll have to worry about him trying anything. We can lift his curse now."
As she spoke, Debra's expression was nothing but confident. No one but her and Darryl knew how to cure the poison in the Soul Addict Pill, and she did not fear that Scitalis would try anything at all.
Alright!
At the words, Rachelle nodded as she walked to Scitalis slowly, saying in an impatient tone, "Right. How do we do this?"
To tell the truth, Rachelle had nothing but resentment for her new servant, and did not want to break his curse at all. Yet she wanted to get out of here as quickly as possible, and this seemed to be the only way.
Scitalis was overwhelmed with emotion then, describing how to lift the curse from start to finish in detail.
Upon hearing so, Rachelle wasted no time as she sat down cross-legged behind Scitalis, beginning to help him break the magic curse in his body. To tell the truth, Rachelle did not quite know how to use the new magic powers in her body yet, but breaking a curse wasn't too complex.
Quickly enough, Rachelle finished all the steps within a few minutes. She let out a long breath, getting to her feet slowly.
Scitalis was nothing but excited. He could clearly sense that the curse in his body had been completely lifted. Without the curse, he would be able to get out of here once and for all, back into humanity to wreak havoc and chaos…
Scitalis turned to thank Rachelle over and over again, "Thank you, Master…"
"That's enough!"
Rachelle was nothing but impatient then, waving a hand as she said coldly, "Cut the crap, and get us out of here." This place was dark and damp, and she did not want to be here a second longer.
Alright.
Scitalis called out in response, wriggling his body as a series of cracks sounded through the air. Within a few seconds, he had morphed into the hydra once again.
Rachelle and Debra exchanged a glance, hesitating briefly before hopping onto Scitalis' back.
His anger grew the more he thought about it, just as an anguished cry sounded from outside. It was followed by a soldier running in, drenched in blood as he said, "Bad news, Honorable Master…"
Before he could finish his sentence, the soldier keeled over, collapsing onto the ground unconscious.
Everyone got a shock at the sight.
Master Magaera's gaze grew solemn. Had Antigonus returned so quickly?
At the thought, Master Magaera got to his feet immediately. He strode out of the hall quickly, a few generals following closely behind.
A few howls could be heard once they got outside, making Master Magaera look up instantly. He stopped short at the sight.
All that could be seen were a few golden beasts charging into the Hidden Hero Sect, their gigantic bodies radiating a strong aura. Many generals tried to rush forwards in an attempt to stop them, but were all sent flying.
Indeed, these were the Garan beasts of the Godly Region, sent over alongside Prince Auten from the Cryolet Continent. Just half an hour ago, the soldiers were in pursuit of Ambrose and Heather when they had ran into Prince Auten and the Garans.
