As he talked, Darryl secretly glanced at the cave behind him and prayed in his heart. 'Debra, Rachelle… Please stay safe and wait for me to come back.'

The divine soldiers responded and escorted Darryl toward the direction of the Hidden Hero Sect's headquarters.

Back in the cave, Debra and Rachelle were scared witless as they waited for something to happen…but nothing did. They realized the general did not bring the other divine soldiers into the cave and left instead, much to their confusion.

The divine soldiers stopped immediately and looked to the back after hearing that.

With that opportunity, Darryl concentrated his force on his palms and slammed them at the back of the two divine soldiers, causing an audible blast. Before the two divine soldiers knew what happened, they were blown away and passed out once they dropped to the ground.

'What?' The other divine soldiers were shocked, but they quickly snapped out of it and surrounded Darryl.

"He's an imposter!"

"Capture him!"

The divine soldiers activated their divine power and attacked Darryl. Naturally, Darryl was not about to fight head-on with them. They were not far away from the headquarters of the Hidden Hero Sect. If they engaged in a fight, it would easily attract the other divine soldiers here.

If they accidentally alerted Master Magaera, Darryl would never be able to escape. Without any hesitation, he rushed to the divine soldier at the front of the group and attacked him. Later, he turned around and ran away.
