Take a look?
Tuji furrowed his brow when he heard that. "What for?"
Circe hesitated for a while before saying, "Just now, Senior Divine Farmer looked at your face, and he said that you have a black force between your brows, maybe—"
Circe had a complicated expression on her beautiful face as she said that.
However, before she could finish saying it, Tuji interrupted her and yelled, "Nonsense!"
Tuji suddenly stood up and growled, "I'm fine! What black force? Go and host Senior Divine Farmer properly. Get him to save that Raksasa man. He doesn't have to see me."
Then, Tuji waved his hands, signaling for Circe to leave.
Circe became even more suspicious after witnessing her father's overreaction. The Divine Farmer only wanted to look at him and nothing else. Why was her father so upset?
Did he really have a secret?
Circe wanted to continue persuading him at that point, but Tuji did not let her. He said, after waving her off, "Why are you still here? Leave. Don't disturb me reading."
"Okay, then!"
Circe no longer insisted. She replied and exited the study room.
Returning to the main hall, she saw the Divine Farmer sitting there and sipping his cup of tea.
"Senior Divine Farmer!" Circe walked forward. Her beautiful face was tinged with helplessness.
The Divine Farmer placed his cup down and smiled. "Where is your father?"
Sigh!
Circe sighed and smiled bitterly. "He insisted that he had no problem. He refused to see you." Then, she briefly told him what had happened a moment ago.
Once he understood the situation, the Divine Farmer furrowed his brows.
If Tuji was so apprehensive about it, then something was wrong.
As he thought about it, he instructed Circe, "From now onward, pay close attention to your father. If you see anything suspicious, let me know at once."
"I understand." Circe nodded.
