Chapter 33 

The company’s pantry is their women’s small world, every day the biggest fun is to use the water in the spare time here to chat and gossip. 

“If I’m not mistaken, this thing should be your doing.” 

Suddenly, an angry voice came from behind Olivia, who subconsciously froze for two seconds before coming back to her senses. 

“I’m sorry, I don’t understand what you’re talking about.” 

She turned around gracefully, squinting at Emma, feigning disinterest. 

“Olivia, it’s just you and me here, you don’t have to put on an act in front of me.” 

Emma huffs, looking directly at her. The sight of Olivia’s feigned innocence burned in 

her heart. 

“Emma, I really don’t understand what you’re referring to.” 

Olivia raises her eyebrows slightly, a hint of provocation on her face. 

“No one but you, it seems. Since you won’t admit it, are you afraid? Afraid Ethan will find out and blame you?” 

Emma sneered, her tone full of sarcasm. 

Olivia’s face suddenly changed after hearing this, “What do I have to be afraid of, I did do this thing, even if you know it, what can you do?” 

She responded with a straight face. 

“Other than making you delete the video, there’s really nothing I can do about you.Olivia, I told you not to mess with me again.” 

Emma tried to keep her emotions in check, to maintain a calm tone. Her love for Ethan had long since been sealed away, and she’d come back for nothing but her job, but 

Olivia didn’t believe her, and always thought she was up to something else. 

Three Years to Love 

“The video was already posted, and there’s no way I’m deleting it. And even if you knew I did it, so what? Do you think Ethan would believe you?” 

Olivia hooked her lips in triumph, clasped her hands on her chest and looked down confidently at Emma, even if Ethan had doubts, she could easily escape by pretending to be aggrieved and shedding a few tears in front of him, which was a trick she was 

accustomed to. 

“He’s certainly not overly careful with words, but if there’s proof, that’s a different story. I’m sorry, Olivia, but I accidentally turned on the recording, and I caught everything you just said.” 

Emma raised her cell phone triumphantly, secretly pleased with herself, she’d left it on before she’d come to Olivia, ready to take the recording to Ethan, even if she was tongue–tied she wouldn’t be able to defend herself. 

The smile on Olivia’s face changed, and her eyes turned hard, annoyed and uneasy. She hated herself for having fallen into Emma’s trap. 

“Despicable, you set me up.” 

She glared angrily, accusing through gritted teeth. 

“Olivia, I told you a long time ago, bridge to bridge, road to road, don’t bother anyone. But you didn’t listen, and provoked me again and again. If you don’t delete the video, I’ll give this recording to Ethan right now.” 

Emma’s tone became firm, she always thought that if she was careful and avoided, she could avoid some trouble, but it was not what she wished for.
