Chapter 539
’Besides, the position is yours if you want it.'
Sean looked at Molly, but those words remained unsaid. He figured that Molly would just run away if she heard those words.
Molly hesitated with her head lowered, squeezing her palms under her sleeves.
Although she was happy that she got complimented, she still doubted herself.
'A director!!
'But, I'm so young!'
No matter her age or her experience, she believed that she did not deserve that position.
She remained silent for some time, not giving a reply.
Sean stopped looking at her and flatly said, "No rush. You still have some time to think about it."
Although he said that, deep down, he wanted Molly to give him a response as soon as possible.
Molly bit her lips and nodded as she decided to put this matter at the back of her head.
She then looked at Sean with a serious expression, as she was ready to talk about serious matters.
"Your treatment is at the second phase now. You can increase the frequency of the exercises during your free time like using the exercise equipment that trains your legs."
Her words made Sean excited as his clear eyes stared at Molly.
She then continued, "However, take it slow. You can’t train yourself too much at the beginning, and you must not overwork your body. Or else, not only would the treatment be delayed, but your nerves would also be damaged. If it gets serious, things are going to get ugly."
If that day came, no one would be able to help Sean.
Sean's eyes were filled with anticipation as he asked, "It's been some time. Can I finally try walking now?"
His blood was pumping and his whole body was burning with passion.
Molly looked at his expression as an idea popped into her head.
'Why does he look like a kid who is waiting for his reward?'
Sean's icy presence was nowhere to be found. His charming features, along with his excited eyes, had Molly's full attention.
She could not help but find him similar to her kids when they looked excited about something as well.
She commented in her head and thought to herself, 'He's pretty adorable.'
"I'll be in charge of your training plan from now on," Molly said calmly.
Sean listened to everything she said with a trusting heart. He stared directly at Molly and affirmatively said, "Sure."
He believed Molly and he believed that he could stand up once again.
Molly smiled as she could sense the happiness in Sean. "It's too soon to be happy. You're not done with your treatment yet."
She bent down and held the needle firmly in her hand and started the treatment. Throughout the treatment, she could feel Sean's gaze on her.
