Walter looked very hesitant after hearing Lara's suggestion.

He did feel guilty for what he had done to Molly, but he was not willing to abase himself and apologize to her.

After all, he did so many awful things to her daughter back then, yet Lara was asking him to admit that he was wrong...

"Sigh!"

Walter sighed deeply without giving an answer to Lara.

Suddenly, the butler came inside hurriedly and said to them, "Sir, madam, Mr. and Mrs. Anderson are here."

"Anderson? Anderson who?" Lara was confused.

"Sean Anderson’s parents!" The butler explained.

Lara's face changed immediately after hearing that, she looked at Walter and asked puzzledly, "Walter, what brought them here?"

Walter had no idea what was going on too. However, he quickly said to the butler after considering how much of a big deal the Anderson family was, "Let them in right now and serve them some tea."

"Yes, sir."

The butler did as Walter ordered.

Then, Ricky and Alice went inside.

"Mr. and Mrs. Anderson, you're here. Please have a seat!" Walter welcomed them politely as soon as he saw them.

Ricky and Alice did not say anything as they sat on the sofa before looking at Walter and Lara.

Walter and his wife had very amiable smiles on them, and they were acting very respectfully.

In contrast, Ricky and his wife's faces were not looking so pleasant.

Alice thought for a moment. Then, she took the initiative to speak gracefully. "Mr. and Mrs. May, we would like to apologize for coming here uninvited. We're sorry if we disturbed you."

"Not at all!"

Walter had always been very good at socializing. He said with a fawning smile, "Even though I have no idea what brought you here today, it's my family's honor to have you here in our house. Please be my guest."
